Walsroder FMR The naturally matt appearance of the FMR gives the sausage a fine, natural appearance and is therefore the perfect alternative to collagen casings and natur casings. Walsroder FMR offers the ideal cling base even with dipping coatings. Four fine designs to choose from As if it was made just for you There are four different patterns for the Walsroder fibrous casings: Salamidessin, Schimmeldessin, Tauchoptik and Noblesse. The four different print versions allow fine salami patterns without dipping or moulding of the sausage. This saves production costs whilst giving the consumer a fine appearance together with easy and clean peeling.
