A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Safety, Storage & Handing Safety Standard eat and safety precautions soud be adered to wen fabricating Auminium Composite Pane materia. Gogges or oter face protection, as we as earing protection and goves soud aways be worn. An MSDS for Auminium Composite Pane is avaiabe from your oca saes representative or distributor. Packaging Auminium Composite Panes come as standard wit a cear protective fim, designed to be removed just before instaation to offer protection from surface damage. Atoug te protective fim is UV stabiised, it soud be removed as soon as possibe after instaation, especiay in te case of panes exposed to sunigt and adverse weater. Handing Auminium Composite Panes soud be anded wit care, especiay wen deaing wit ong engts. It is advisabe tat a sma team carry out te anding. Wen removing panes from a paet / stack never drag te pane, aways ift cear above te remaining panes on te stack. Tis wi require two or more operatives. Storage Wen storing unpacked Auminium Composite Panes pease observe te foowing guideines: To prevent warping or bending, store orizontay. Avoid stacking Auminium Composite Panes of different sizes togeter, as te surface or pane can be damaged by te edges of te smaer pieces. Preferaby, store tem by size in racks. If storing panes verticay by eaning tem against a rack, ay a rubber mat underneat and ean te Auminium Composite Pane cosey against te fixed back. Auminium Composite Panes are packed in wooden crates and can usuay be stacked up to four crates ig. It is advisabe to store Auminium Composite Panes in a cean dry area wit a minimum temperature of 15 C for a duration of 24 ours before use. After 24 ours of storage you wi be abe to start te processing requirements for eac pane. After an Auminium Composite Pane as been removed from te stack it must be protected from any penetrating moisture. 3

Auminium Composite Pane Visua Consistency & Sawing Visua consistency Eac of our product types as specia caracteristics tat can affect te visua consistency from batc to batc and even from pane to pane. It is important tat tese caracteristics be considered wen panning ow to use and insta Auminium Composite Pane. Soid coours Te industry standard for aowabe variation for pane to pane and batc to batc is Deta E 1.0 or ess in a unter coour space. Brigter coours, suc as reds, yeows, bues, etc, wic tend to be ess opaque and wic depend somewat on fim buid (paint tickness) to acieve teir appearance, wi be more ikey to exibit more variation tan subdued coours. Projects - same batc Metaic coours: Te industry standard for coour variation wit metaic is Deta E 2.5 or ess, muc arger tan te standard for soid coours. Directiona project: In coating te fakes wi tend to aign in one direction. Tis greaty increases te directionaity of te pane s appearance. Production Batces/Projects: Wen working on projects it is igy recommended tat materia from te same production batc is used in order to maintain overa visua consistency. For tese reasons te panes must be instaed wit te directiona arrows a aigned in te same direction. Batces soud not be mixed on a buiding face witout first contacting Arie Pastics Ltd for a confirmation tat tey are visuay simiar enoug to be used togeter. Before fabrication, remember to use a fet tip pen to draw arrows to indicate te coating direction on any sma pieces tat migt be cut out from areas witout te directiona arrows. Sawing Sawing Auminium Composite Panes is an easy process tat can be done wit ordinary commercia meta and woodworking equipment. Saw bades and router bits are avaiabe troug independent distributors wo ande cutting toos. Prior to processing arge quantities, tria saw cuttings soud be done to evauate bot te too working conditions and te recommended cutting speeds. For marking te panes te use of a soft penci is adequate. Hard marking toos soud be avoided as tey can fracture te auminium surface. It is recommended tat te swarf formed during cutting soud be vacuumed away wit compressed air. Due to te nature of te Auminium Composite Panes it is best to move te saw bade rater tan te materia as no scratc wi remain on te pane. If good saw cutting practices are appied and recommendations foowed, te resut soud be cean cuts wit itte bur. If despite foowing te recommendations, ragged cuts are produced ceck te foowing causes; poor too support too vibration bunt cutting edges ig frictiona eat at te cutting edge As Auminium Composite Panes ave ow terma conductivity tey cannot be cooed easiy wit compressed air or any oter means. Terefore it is recommended to seect te too geometry and cutting conditions in suc a manner so as to minimize te frictiona forces deveoped at te cutting point and keep te resuting eat at a ow eve. 4

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Saw Equipment Saw cutting can be accompised wit te foowing equipment Pane Saws Pane saws provide an effective metod of cutting. Tese saws, weter standard equipment or custom made, perform we and ave te added advantage of space saving. If a pane saw is to be used as production equipment, an industria mode soud be purcased in order to obtain adequate cutting toerances and increase te ongevity of te equipment. Tabe Saws Tabe saws are not recommended for arge seets. Mutipe Operation Rip/V-Grooving Saws In ig production operations, equipment tat is capabe of performing more tan one operation wit a singe pass troug te macinery is recommended. Tis equipment can make mutipe saw cuts (sizing te pane) and v-grooves (rout) at te same time. Portabe Circuar Saws Cutting Auminium Composite Panes wit portabe circuar saws is anoter effective metod. As mentioned, tis equipment soud aso be production/industria standard equipment. Jig Saws Jig saws work we for cut-outs. Care soud be taken wit portabe jig saws to prevent damage to te Auminium Composite Pane materia surface. More tan one seet can be cut at a time by stacking panes. If centre cutting (i.e. etter cut-outs) is required, a foam pad may be paced under te materia wit te bade cutting into te foam. Te seets may be camped or secured wit doube-sided tape for te cutting operation. Wen camping between jaws, protect te pane surface against damage. Working Metod Cutting Materia Bade/Band Geometry Toot Geometry Maximum Cutting Speed Maximum Cutting Feed Circuar Saw Carbide tipped or ig speed stee 20 x 35mm bades wit maximum number of carbide teet avaiabe, designed for cutting nonferrous materia. Te bade soud be ground tinner from te rim towards te centre to prevent pincing. Ange or circuar toot, aternate beveed, tripe ground. Toot gap wa rounded. Cip ange: 5 to 15. Cearance ange:10 to 30. Toot spacing: 4mm to 25 mm, fine spacing peferabe. 5500rpm 0.10-40 mm/sec Band Saw Tempered spring strip stee Tickness: 0.8mm to 1.2mm. Widt: 15mm to 25mm. Use racket or straigt set. Skip teet, designed for nonferrous and ferrous materias (igt metas and pastics). Toot spacing: minimum 4 teet per cm. 10000rpm 25mm/sec Reciprocating Saw Hig speed stee Tickness: 0.8mm to 1.2mm. Bot work we but 96 is recommended. 5

Auminium Composite Pane Routing & Foding Auminium Composite Panes can be routed using conventiona routing macines. For accurate and precise manua foding of te Auminium Composite Panes, resuting in a good finis, we recommend to route te rear of te panes to a dept of 2.5mm tick, going troug te exterior auminium ayer, and some of te poyetyene core. Normay te pane is grooved and foded 25-70mm from te edge. In order to route Auminium Composite Panes te foowing equipment is necessary: Vertica Pane Saw Equipped wit speciay saped routing saw bades. Te equipment needed is te same vertica saw as te one used for te cutting, but wit a different saw bade and reevant equipment for adjusting te routing tickness Portabe circuar saw A portabe circuar saw equipped wit a suitabe routing disk can be used, but ony for a imited amount of processes. Note tat specia care soud be given to te stabiity of te portabe circuar saw during processing of te materia, as we as te precision of te routings wit te ep of te cosen guided system. Hand operated router Tese toos consist of routers tat are commony avaiabe on te market and are used for wood processing. If tey are equipped wit specia routing bits (carbide tipped cutter) te and operated router can be used for a imited number of processes. In tis case te stabiity of te too and te guide-system consideraby affect te quaity of te routing. Work directions For saped eements wit a radius of between 2-7mm proceed as foows: Te sape of te groove and its respective dept determines te foding radius. Note tat smoot bending (sape forming of eements) cannot be obtained witout uniform tickness of poyetyene remaining. Carbide Saw By routing on just one of te sides of an Auminium Composite Pane, it can be bent upwards or downwards to create bot an inside or outside corner. Wen a groove is bent at a 90 ange te bending radius of te fina product wi be 3-3.5mm and te eement wi eongate by 0.5-1.0mm. As suc, te origina panes soud be cut sorter by tat proportion. Grooving equipment For processing a sma number of panes a manua router wit a v-groove bade and trimmer can be used. For processing arge voumes a tabe circuar saw/cnc router and a grooving cutter are needed aong wit a ifter. Te use of a cip coector is essentia. Tecnica caracteristics of carbide saw-tip: Outside diameter: 305 No of te teet: 24 RPM: 3000 to 5000 6

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Corner Cutting & Bending Two metods are normay used for cutting out corners to aow te forming of a cassette. Wood cise A sarp ammer bow to a wood cise aows you to cut out te sma tickness at te bottom of a routing groove wit no difficuty. Te wood cise must be wider tan te part to be cut out. Puncing Tis tecnique is te most productive, wit te corners being cut out and te corner fastening oes being acieved in a singe operation. Wit a itte experience, good cean joints can be easiy acieved. Te minimum bending radius for Auminium Composite Panes witout routing te back skin is forty times te tickness of te pane being curved i.e., 4 mm = 160 mm minimum radius. Auminium Composite Panes can be cod formed in a pyramid roer, a press brake or over a camped pipe. Te process is simiar to te forming of auminium; owever, due to te sensitive surface, care soud be taken to ensure roers are cean, smoot and free of defects to avoid damage to te surface. Pyramid Roer Tis tecnique is te most productive, wit te corners being cut out and te corner fastening oes being acieved in a singe operation. Press Brake Wen forming wit a press brake, use a top die (tubuar) wit te radius desired and open te bottom die (jaws) approximatey two times te tickness of te materia pus fim wider tan te top die. Te ower die soud aways ave a protective pad of not ess tan 3mm fim. Some adjustment of te ower jaws may be necessary to aow for varying bending properties between anodized and painted finis and for varying ticknesses. Te radius of te top die wi be te approximate inside radius of te finised pane. Bending Over a Camped Pipe Auminium Composite Panes may be formed over a pipe of te proper diameter tat is securey camped to a work tabe. A inged eaf attaced to te end of te tabe wi bend te materia easiy. Pyramid Roer Press Brake 7

Auminium Composite Pane Joining Tecniques 1 Pease find beow some important genera information about joining tecniques. Use te foowing guideines wen oter eements come in direct contact wit te surface of Auminium Composite Pane materia. Driing Auminium Composite Panes can be dried wit standard dris used for auminium and pastics. Working Specifications Dri bit: Twist dri, ig speed stee. Tip Ange: 100º - 140º, or counter-bore grind wit centring tip. Cutting speed: 164 RPM to 984 RPM. Quick remova of cips can be acieved by a ig RPM, sow feed speed and occasiona ifting of te bit. Joining A variety of different fasteners are used to fabricate and insta Auminium Composite Panes. Structura adequacy and seection of tese fasteners are te responsibiity of quaified engineers and in most instances were arcitectura panes are used, certified cacuations wi be required by te Buiding Officia. You may successfuy use specific fasteners for pane oad testing purposes in obtaining buiding code recognition. Acceptabe joining materias Auminium, pastic, stainess stee, pated or coated stee wit cadmium, zinc or auminium. Unacceptabe joining materias Copper, brass, bronze, iron, raw stee. Unacceptabe materias cause corrosion of joining surfaces due to eectroysis of dissimiar materias. Terefore, use eavy or red metas ony wit an eectricay insuating intermediate ayer. Wen joining eements are to be anodized, assembe te materias after te anodizing process. Proper consideration soud be given to te terma expansion caracteristics of te materia wen using any of te joining tecniques. Pop rivets are often used to attac auminium cip anges and oter structura or ornamenta eements to Auminium Composite Panes. Because te rivet body wi be in contact wit te auminium skin of te pane, it is recommended tat eiter auminium or stainess stee rivets be used to avoid dissimiar metas contacting. Utimate sear and tensie strengts of various rivets are avaiabe from te rivet manufacturer. Pease be advised tat some buiding code jurisdictions do not endorse te use of pop rivets for structura connections. 8

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Joining Tecniques 2 Screws Screws are aso used to perform many of te same appications as rivets. Stainess stee screws are industry standard and are appropriate to avoid corrosion and dissimiar meta contact. Because screws are customariy instaed troug pre-dried oes it is recommended tat seet meta screw tread type fasteners be used, especiay wen te screw is under tension oad and tis oad is resisted by te auminium skins. Occasionay, Auminium Composite Panes are face fastened directy to supports or sub-grids. Te type and tickness of te support meta, as we as te appied oad, wi dictate te size and tread type of te correct fastener. Troug bots: Tese provide an exceent way to join seets of Auminium Composite Panes togeter, or to oter eements. Gavanized, stainess stee or auminium bots, nuts and wasers soud be used to avoid dissimiar meta contact. Caution is recommended in tigtening te nut onto te bot. Because te pastic core materia is compressibe, over tigtening can deform te meta skins. Use ock nuts or doube nuts wit wasers to prevent te nut from oosening over time. Testing is advisabe to determine te performance of any fastening system. 9

Auminium Composite Pane Joining Tecniques 3 Weding Tis metod is frequenty used to assembe Auminium Composite Panes. Te fier rod and te poyetyene core are weded togeter after eating by a jet of ot air projected by an eectricay eated weding gun. For good quaity weding, you wi need: Good preparation of te edges to be weded togeter Adequate fier rod quaity A good weding speed Eveny appied pressure Cean ot air An appropriate temperature Weding by te to-and-fro metod Hod te fier rod at a rigt ange wist exerting reguar pressure on te rod, make to-and-fro B-B (non circuar) movements. Te fier rod and te edges to be weded must be eated in a simiar way. Weding using a ig-speed nozze Norma ot air guns fitted wit a removabe ig-speed weding nozze aow te edges to be weded and te fier rod to be eated at te same time. Tis makes for better quaity weding. Te fier rod is pused by te constant pressure of te ig-speed nozze, and is terefore pressed between te edges to be weded. Te poyetyene core oxidizes reativey quicky once exposed to te air. It must be weded witin 24 ours max after it is beveed. Once it as cooed, it is possibe to remove te weding fas using a knife or scraper. We recommend tat tis operation be carried out in a cean, oi and water-free area. Preparation of te edges to be weded: Butt weding: Te edges must be beveed, Corner assemby: Ony one of te panes is beveed. T-assemby: Remove te narrow strip of meta skin to free te areas to be weded. Weding of a fod: Beve te edges to be weded first of a using a saped miing cutter Te specific weding quaities of te fier rod are: Poyetyene: Low density Coour: Unpigmented Density: 0.9 g/cm 3 Diameter of rod: 3, 4 and 5mm Immediatey before weding, remove te outer ayer of oxide from te fier rod. Adesive Bonding In addition to structura adesives, doube sided tape can be used for fixing panes on fat surfaces suc as was, ceiings, furniture, coverings etc. Extreme care soud be given wen seecting te adesive so as to ensure it is cosen according to te appication and te environmenta conditions. *Non srink on Drying is essentia. It is important tat te manufacturer is consuted prior to te usage of te adesive for furter instructions. Te substrate surface soud be cean before te appication of te structura adesive. 10

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Coating / Printing / Ceaning / Fim1 Protective Fim Te protective fim ensures no residue is eft on te pane, reducing ceaning time and eiminating te risk of interference wit te print. An utra wite surface eps to dispay printed coours wit increased brigtness and intensity, wit a specia coating aso deivering vasty improved ink adesion for coour fast prints. Deveoped for te print market, Auminium Composite Pane utra wite is suitabe for use bot indoors and out and, is avaiabe wit te reverse side mied and covered wit transparent digita acquer providing perfect adesion for prints, acieving an amazing ook of auminium surface wit coourfu prints. Off-ine Coating Auminium Composite Panes can be coated off-ine if necessary. It is advisabe to foow instructions as specified by te manufacturer of any paints to be used. For off-ine coating observe te foowing guideines: Surface soud be igty abraded to provide a better coating surface. Te surface soud ten be ceaned of a contaminates i.e. dust, dirt and oi etc. A soft cot wit a non-petroeum based sovent (e.g. rubbing acoo) soud be used to cean te surface area. Screen Printing Auminium Composite Panes are perfect for printing wit an epoxy base or uretane base two-part type ink/ paint. Wen seecting an ink, confirm its weaterabiity and adesion wit te ink manufacturer. It is recommended to test te ink adesion on te surface of te Auminium Composite Panes before printing. For printing on Auminium Composite Panes, observe te foowing guideines: Remove a dust and dirt on te surface of Auminium Composite Panes. Oiy dirt causes spintering, spitting, or oter defects of te paint. It must be competey removed wit a soft cot dipped in acoo, N-exane, etc. If storage or drying is not done correcty, te adesion or oter performance may be adversey affected. Terefore, observe te storing conditions of eac paint as specified by te manufacturer. Since storing in ig temperature may cause deformation, ensure te storing temperature is kept beow 80 C and store orizontay. Curing soud be done at room temperature since temperatures above 80 C can cause Auminium Composite Panes to deform. 11

Auminium Composite Pane Coating / Printing / Ceaning / Fim 2 Ceaning Auminium Composite Panes soud be reguary ceaned foowing te metod beow. Te surface of te pane wi commony accumuate dust, dirt and oter airborne partices. In te case of panes used externay, various ydrocarbons from airborne exausts are aso ikey to need remova. It is aso possibe tat surfaces coud be contaminated wit syntetic ydrocarbons from oter exausts suc as syntetic grease, oi, ydrauic fuids, ubricants or stains from vegetation ike pant or anima matter. Ceaning Metod: We recommend a 4-step ceaning metod: 1 Fus panes wit water from a ose. 2 Wipe igty wit a soft cot. 3 Use pressure waser. 4 Use detergent in a power was or wit a soft cot for and wiping and fus wit water. Auminium Composite Pane UWD- ph test/print ife-span Tests ave been undertaken to determine te acidity of our panes. An Insta-ceck ph penci (by Micro Essentia Laboratory) was used to carry out te tests. Te pane surface was moistened wit distied water and eft for 3 minutes. Severa ines were drawn wit te Insta- Ceck ph penci on te wet surface. After 15 seconds te coour of te ines was compared wit a ph coour cart. Te coours of te ines matced te coour on te cart corresponding to a ph eve of 7, wic indicates tat te substance is neutra. In concusion, we can state tat te surface of our digita panes is not acidic and tat coatings/ paints appied wi ast for years. Tis means tat Auminium Composite Panes are suitabe, for exampe, for arciva appications. Materia Compatibiity Auminium Composite Pane is an extremey durabe materia tat as been designed to witstand significant exposure to environmenta conditions. It is unikey to be compromised by any ceaning process tat woud conceivaby be used on te materia. However, in te interests of maintaining te finis of te materia, te prudent user wi seect products wit a ph of 10 or ess and wic do not contain beaces, ammonia or caustic ingredients suc as sodium ydroxide, potassium ydroxide or sodium metasiicate. It is aso recommended tat users avoid abrasive materias or toos suc as scouring powders, fibre pads or bruses. Protective Fim No residue Reduce ceaning time Eimination of print interference Utra wite surface Brigt and intense coours Vasty improved ink adesion Suitabe for indoors and out Avaiabe reverse side mied Digita acquer covering option 12

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Terma Expansion A te materias used in construction and sign making wi expand wen exposed to iger temperatures and srink wen te temperature fas. Eac materia as its own terma expansion rate. In te metric system it is measured in mm/m/100ºc and sows ow many miimetres one meter of materia wi expand wen te temperature canges 100º Cesius. Auminium Composite Pane 2440mm After 100ºC Temperature Increase - Pane Lengt 2445.86mm 73.2mm For exampe, for stee and concrete tis rate is around 1.2mm and for PVC it is 5.2mm. Wen different materias are fixed togeter it is aways necessary to take into account teir expansion rates and exposure of tose materias to different temperatures. Auminium Composite Panes consist of 2 auminium ayers bonded to a poyetyene core. Terma expansion of Auminium Composite Panes is determined by te properties of its auminium skins. Terma defection of auminium is 2.4 mm/m/100ºc. So a 2440mm ong pane wit a 100ºC temperature fuctuation wi expand 5.86mm and its engt wi become 2445.86m under new temperature conditions. At te same time if 2 edges of te pane are fixed te tension in auminium skins wi ead to pane bowing. Bowing defection in tis case wi be 73.2mm. It is very important to make sure tat wen instaation is done in te conditions were essentia temperature fuctuations are expected, fixings sa be designed to aow free terma expansion of te panes. Sometimes it may appen tat a substrate on wic Auminium Composite Panes are designed to be instaed is rigidy fixed witout taking terma expansion into consideration. In tis case tis substrate can bow and deform causing subsequent bowing of te Auminium Composite Pane fixed to tis substrate. To prevent tis substrates on wic te Auminium Composite Pane is going to be instaed sa be carefuy examined. Auminium Composite Pane Substrate 13

Auminium Composite Pane Compensation of Terma Expansion 1 Wen instaed outdoors under direct sunigt Auminium Composite Pane surface temperature can acieve up to 75 C for dark coours. Minimum winter vaue in Nortern countries sa be taken as -35 C. Before any instaation it is very important to cacuate possibe terma movements and coose te rigt soution to compensate it taking into account materias of te subframe, temperature during instaation, minimum and maximum temperatures in instaation area. Compensation of terma expansion means tat Auminium Composite Pane fixing sa be done to aow some freedom in fixing points so tat te pane can independenty side aong te subframe wen srinking or expansion of te pane differs from tat of te subframe. It aows for te prevention of tension wic can ead to pane bending or damage to te fixings. Canne systems and cipping systems aow free movement of te pane aongside te profie. A fixing gap soud aways be eft between pane edge and canne end to aow te pane to expand perpendicuary to te profie. Probems wit terma movements often appen wen a pane is fixed to te subframe wit rivets or screws. To prevent tis specia toos sa be used during suc instaation. Wen te pane is fixed by rivets, an adjusted step dri and riveting gun wit specia nozze sa be used. A step dri cuts a d5.2mm oe in te subframe profie wie an 8.5mm or bigger oe is cut in te pane. A specia nozze for riveting guns used to prevent jamming of te rivet ead into te pane surface. It fixes te rivet so tat a sma gap is eft between te pane surface and te rivet ead to aow free pane movement. Rivets wit bigger eads sa aso be used. Normay, rivets wit 14 or 16mm eads are used. Wen screws are used to fix Auminium Composite Panes it is possibe to use a step dri wit te first dri radius at east 1mm smaer tan te saft of te screw. Anoter option wi be to cut oes for te screws in Auminium Composite Panes prior to instaation. Te radius of suc oes sa be cacuated depending on a project to aow free pane movement. Normay at east 8.5mm oes sa be made for 5mm screws. Screws sa be carefuy centred in te oes during instaation. Screws sa not be fixed tigty and soud not jam into te Auminium Composite Pane. It is recommended to turn te screw 180 to make sure it is not tigt. Screws wit countersunk eads soud not be used. 14

A Guide for Fabricators and Instaers Compensation of Terma Expansion 2 Sometimes pane engt is too big and oes wit a bigger diameter can not compensate terma movement. In suc cases ova oes can be cut into te pane. At te same time one or two round oes soud be cut to keep te pane in pace. A specia cutting dri bit can be used to cut suc oes. Wen a pane is fixed to more tan 2 profies it is recommended to make centre of te pane tigty fixed wie sides of te pane sa be eft oose. Gue Systems For projects were essentia terma movements are expected ony specia fexibe gues sa be used. Normay it can be poyuretane based gues wit fexibiity at brake of 300% or more. It is very important to consut a representative of te gue maker to make sure te gue is suitabe for te specific project. During instaation gue maker s instructions sa be stricty foowed. As a genera rue gue tickness sa be 3mm at east to ave a fexibe joint. Tis can be acieved by using doube sided adesive tapes or oter spacers wit te necessary eigt. It is recommended to appy te gue wit a specia nozze forming triange gue beads. Heigt of suc a bead sa be at east two times eigt of te spacer. 15

Auminium Composite Pane Wind Load Cacuation 1 Te foowing guide as been designed to enabe easy cacuations for any Auminium Composite Pane project subject to windy conditions. Auminium Composite Pane strengt cacuations Te composite tecnoogy of Auminium Composite Pane makes te materia very igt and extremey rigid. For tese reasons, it can be used across te word in many different sign and arcitectura projects, incuding tose at substantia eigt subjected to ig wind oad and wind suction conditions. Auminium Composite Pane presents a truss were caracteristics of te pane are determined by caracteristics of its upper and bottom auminium ayers. Our auminium ayers are made of auminium aoy AA1100H18 wit tensie yied strengt of 22000psi. It is te maximum tension materia can bear before deformations turn to be irreversibe. Te next considerations are oading and support conditions. Support conditions are determined by te instaation metods used. Wind pressure and suction oads are determined by eigt on wic panes are going to be instaed and situation of te buiding. Loca buiding and wind codes soud be referred for tis information. Depending on support conditions different cacuation metods soud be used. Pease coose your support conditions from te tabe beow and use appropriate formua from te next coumn to cacuate exact figure of te stress.
