FACT SHEET - 2015 PROFILE In the past two years, through acquisitions and capital improvements, Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. has expanded to become a fully integrated grain processing and malting company in complete control of its supply chain, from grower to producer: In 2013, Briess acquired grain processing, storage and seed plant facilities in a unique barley growing region of Wyoming. This year, Briess is contracting with almost 300 experienced barley growers in the region, a region noted for producing high quality, fl ood irrigated malting barley. Acreage is available for the addition of malting operations, when demand calls for it. In 2014, Briess acquired grain processing, storage and malting facilities in Manitowoc, WI. Additional malthouses on the property can be recommissioned when demand calls for it.
