IGP PAYS D OC ROSE 2017 Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault - 13% vol. alcohol Fresh and crisp with aromas of strawberries. Nice minerality and a touch of muscle weight that balances the strawberry and orange zest notes. Its weight and smacking acidity are perfect for picnic fare, like cured meats or barbecued ribs. Maris Rosé is fermented in stainless steel.
The «Cuisse de Nymphe» 2017 is a type of rose color. It is very pale pink, almost mauve. It was brought to France at the end of XVI century from Crimea. It name was Rosier blanc royal. This Rosé is a blend of Grenache noir. Grenache noir - 13 % vol. alcohol Fresh, mineral notes balance notes of maraschino cherries, apricots, eucalyptus, and raspberry brambles. Its roundness is driven by a lovely acidity. Flavors of tart fruit on the finish. This is a dry, berried wine that pairs beautifully with a plate of prosciutto and ripe summer tomatoes. The process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention. Serving temperature : 10 C
BLUSHING NYMPHE 17 Blushing Nymphe is a blend of Grenache from AOP Languedoc, a region of the South of France, a stone s throw away from the Mediterranean sea. Grenache noir et grenache gris - 13 % vol. alcohol Rich, with notes of peach, strawberries and raspberry brambles. This rosé is very elegant and has a delicious finish with flavors of tart fruit. This is a dry, sophistigated rosé perfect for summer. Our Rosé, is a vin de presse, and fermented in tanks. The process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention. Serving temperature : 10 C
BLANC PAYS D OC 2016 Viognier, 2016 Grenache Blanc and 2015 Grenache Gris - 13,5% vol. alcohol Multi vintage Fresh, focused tropical fruits, honeysuckle, lemon rind, Pure, fresh fruit with notes of honeysuckle and peach. Maris Blanc is an aromatic wine. Medium-bodied, and pure on the palate, crisp and fresh. Fermented in tanks, without malolactic fermentation.

Maris Minervois is a blend of Syrah & Grenache, in AOP Minervois. 80% Syrah & 20% Grenache - 14 % vol. alcohol Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, pepper, and blackcurrant. La Touge 2016 is a medium bodied red wine made with Syrah and Grenache grapes. This wine is from a parcel of 20Ha with mixed soil of clay, Limestone and sandstone, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache & 5% Carignan 14,5 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : 2015: 91-93 Pts. Wine Advocate Fresh, vibrant, yet also concentrated and rich, it was bottled with no fining and a light filtration. This is a smoking Languedoc that anyone interested in the region needs to try. Very expressive with notes notes of smoked meats and dark fruit (black currant; blackberry). Inky purple on the glass. La Touge has full-bodied richness, beautifully integrated acidity, ripe tannin and no hard edges. It is soft with juicy tannins. Vinification : Vinified in a concrete fermenter. Les Amandiers looks to be another sensational Syrah that should rank up with the crème de la crème of the vintage ( ) Bravo to the team at Maris!
