The food was good, and the atmosphere very pleasant. #2 Q: Comments: The outside of the diner was clean and well maintained. No excessive debris was in the parking or sidewalk areas. The interior was also clean. All carpeting and seating areas were clean and in good repair. Music was playing loud enough to be easily heard, but was not intrusive on conversation. Both restrooms were clean, odor free, and well stocked. No excessive debris or water splashes were noted on the floors or counter tops. We were greeted within a few seconds of entering by a hostess named Anita. She escorted us to our booth, and took our drink orders. Shortly after she left, our server, Brandon came by to introduce himself, and confirm that our drink orders had been taken. I couldn t find a 2-4-6-8 menu at our table. I asked Brandon if Denny s still had this menu, and he took one from a vacant booth to give to us. A short time after this, Brandon delivered our drinks to the table and asked if we were ready to order. We then placed our orders. Our food arrived within a reasonable time. I then asked Brandon if I could have a glass of tomato juice with my meal. He said he would bring it shortly, and it was at the table within a few minutes. This item was listed on our check when it arrived. The food was warm, tasty, and very attractively plated. Brandon stopped by a few minutes after we started eating to see if everything was all right. We said it was fine. He then offered to refill our coffee cups. Towards the end of our meal Brandon came to our table and asked if we would like desert, offering specifically pies. We declined. A few minutes later he brought us our check. Brandon said we could take it to the cashier when we were ready, and invited us back to Denny s again soon. The manager, Israel was working at the register as host and cashier when we took our check over. He pleasantly asked if we had enjoyed our meal, and inquired about what we had ordered. He smiled, and was very easy to talk with. As we were leaving Israel told us to have a great day, and come back to Denny s again soon. Overall this was a very nice dining experience. Based on the food, atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff, I would not hesitate to return to this location, or recommend it to others.
