AGROCENTAR Business zone " Lipova Greda " is located on both sides of the roads Kozarska Dubica - Gradiška and only 10 km from the border crossing Donja Gradina - Jasenovac (Croatia). The highway Zagreb -Belgrade is located just 19 km away and connects the area with all the major cities in the region and in Europe (Zagreb 100 km, 322 km Belgrade, Ljubljana 267 km)

AGROCENTAR CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY AGROCENTRE In August 2012 after 100 days of construction we puted into opertaion AGROCENTAR for purchase and procesing of fruits, vegetables, spices, medical herbs, berries and mushrooms. The installed equipement: - Univerzal tunel drier with capacity of 21 t of fresh plums per day - Complete production line for preparation fresh plum for drying (reception, cleaning, inspection and removal of impurities, calibration) - Complete production line for the treatment of primary dried fruits (calibration, rehydration, automatic machine for mining pits) - Modern line for packing of finished produsts - Complete production line for cuting and preparing apples for drying

AGROCENTAR CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY AGROCENTRE Within the Agrocentre we built and cooling storage with two chambers, with a capacity of 600 t on the basis of fresh plums, and can be also used for keeping all plant material, fresh and dried. AGROCENTAR for their own purposes is equipped with modern gas station as a base for the energy that we need for the production, and will also serve for the second phase of the manufacturing line. At the same time, we have a modern power plant that is used to heat the entire building, and thanks to technical solutions, as energy will be used, among other things, dried kernels of plums, which we will have for a season more than 150 tons. These energetic source are by their calorific value an exceptional source of energy, and at the same time reduces the cost of procurement of energy. In accordance with installed equipment and capacities, in full production AGROCENTAR employs 20 permanent workers, and for each additional processing activities we engage local seasonal laborers, whose number varies depending on the type of processing (10-60 SEASONAL WORKERS DURING THE 24-HOUR WORK).

AGROCENTAR ACTIVITIES In the period July 2012 June 2013 in Agrocentre was carried out trial production of prunes in a quantity of 100 tons of fresh plums and fulfilment of all the stages of this proces, all to obtain a commercial package of the prunes. In Agrocentar was also completed the first major project drying wild onion (Allium ursinum L.) for the domestic company in the amount of 100 tons of fresh material. In November 2014, we dryed up approximately 150 tons of mushroom A very successful for our partner was dried chamomile. In the winter of 2014 2015 we started with the production of top quality apple chips, as well as another two forms also of apples with different percentages of moisture.

AGROCENTAR Despite the bad business conditions last year, our products have won two gold and one silver medal at the Novi Sad Agricultural Fair. Pitted prunes was the winner of the fair with the conquered large gold medal for quality in the categories of dried fruit.

Dried fruits Pitted dried plum is our main product. Daily capacity of our 3 tunnels is over 20 t raw plum, that means we can produce 300-350 t dried plum for the season. Also we have modern ABL apple processing line for peeling and cutting apple so we produce dried apple rings, slices, dices and chips. Daily capacity of this line is 6 to 7 t raw apple and for the season we can produce up to 100 t different shape of dried apple. All equipment is stainless steel and production is observed by qualified and trained professionals with application of HACCP standard. Apple chips

Eco Delicato Most of our products are sold on foreign markets as bulk packed - EU, Turkey, Israel Next step is developing our own brand. We are redy to pack in smaller packages tailored to retail. Our plan is to cower with these brand domestic and foreign markets, for witch we need serious partners. Of course, we are redy to produce for interested partners, under their brand (private label)

What is Kabuki? Crunchy coated peanuts, called kabukim in Hebrew, are a popular snack in Israel. Kabukim are commonly sold by weight at corner stores where fresh nuts and seeds are sold, though they are also available packaged. The coating typically consists of flour, salt, starch, lecithin, and sometimes sesame seeds. An additional variety of crunchy coated peanuts popular in Israel is "American peanuts". The coating of this variety is thinner but harder to crack. In the rest of the world it is also known as Japanese style peanuts - a large peanut coated with a crunchy shell flavored with a hint of soy sauce. One taste and you will understand just how addicting these are! Ironically, Japanese Peanuts are what many tourists discover and relish during their visit to Mexico. The origin of the name Kabuki is from Japanese traditional theater where actors cowering their faces using rise powder as a base mask for characteristic stage make-up.

Our company was formed as a result of cooperation between Eko-BeL and our partners from Israel and operate as a part of Eko-BeL Agrocenter in Kozarska Dubica since February 2013. are specialized for nut products and till now we adopt 5 products based on coated peanuts Kabuki Daily capacity of our facility is up to 1500 kg finished product in 2 shifts Till today we exported to Turkish and Middle East market and planning to enter to domestic and EU market

Our production Our technology is based on cold coating of raw peanuts with wheat flour, corn starch, sugar, salt and other additives in dependence of the product, then roasting on hot air in special designed roasters. Production is observed by qualified and trained professionals with application of HACCP standard

AGROCENTAR COOPERATION WITH SUBCONTRACTORS From establishing of sector AGRO Bel, special attention is focused on creating high-quality partner relationships with farmers in the region. This relationship is based on mutual respect and trust. Today sector AGRO Bel cooperates with more than 500 farmers from teritories Laktaši, Gradiška, Banja Luka, Prijedor, Srbac, Kozarska Dubica i Novi Grad. Previous subcontractors are most manufacturers fruit from the region POTKOZARJE and cooperation is based in the fact that our company is one of the largest purveyors with all repromaterijal in fruit production in one hand, and on the other hand is one of the largest purchasers fresh fruit in the region. Except supplaying with repromaterials, professional teams of AGRO Bel are since start of the season constantly with producers. Practically from cutting to harvest, witch in further ensures the quality and quantity of their production, as well as quality of raw materials that we expect in our factory.

AGROCENTAR School for Adult Education EKO-ZNANJE Adult education is a normal form of education in the World. On the territory of the former Yugoslavia learning and education in middle age is a novelty. The motives for the establishment of institutions for adult education, stemming from the need of "EKO - BEL" doo for collectors of wild plants, herbs, berries and mushrooms. It is very important that, when it comes to collecting commercially exploitable wild species to be done at the optimum time and in a manner suited to the further use of the collected plants, or fungi. An extremely important aspect is security measures, collectors, and nature, and taking the necessary measures that will lead to biodiversity conservation.

AGROCENTAR School for Adult Education EKO-ZNANJE Training for collectors of medicinal herbs, berries and mushrooms: Duration of training 71 school time (70% is practical training) The training covers the following areas: Environmental protection Occupational safety and fire protection Collecting medicinal herbs and berries Mushroom picking Processing technologies herbs, berries and mushrooms

AGROCENTAR PHASE II Supply and instalation of equipement for procesing herbs and medicinal plants, wild berries and mushrooms, with special emphasis on the production line for essential oils and other extracts. 2014 was the year with extremely poor conditions for agricultural production and processing because of the disastrous floods in May and August. All this has led to an inability to obtain raw materials, so we were forced to hire capacities in a way that we service dried for other companies in BiH. As a result, last year we managed to overcome lossless, and LESSONS LEARNED, in any case, been very useful.

AGROCENTAR PHASE II During this year, we plan to previous good business practices with contractors, expand on vegetable production, where we made contact with the German company KUEHNE. Also, during this year will be organized production of pickling cucumber on a surface of minimum 30 ha, and with minimum 250 farmers.
