Sunrise Oatmeal Swirl 1 package plain instant oatmeal ¼ cup Cherry Fruition ¼ cup granola (optional) 1. Prepare oatmeal according to package directions. 2. Stir the Cherry Fruition into the cooked oatmeal and top with granola (if you re into that sort of thing). 3. Seize the day, sunshine.
Tropical Fruit Natural fruit snacks ½ cup cold water ½ cup cold orange juice 4 packets unflavored gelatin powder 2 cups Mango Passion Fruit Fruition 1½ tablespoons honey 1. Pour water and orange juice into a medium bowl. Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold mixture and set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, cook Mango Passion Fruit Fruition on medium heat for one minute. Whisk in honey, and continue to cook until it just starts to bubble. Pour warm mixture into the gelatin bowl and whisk until smooth. 3. Pour into an 8 8 baking dish or silicone candy molds. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. 4. After the mixture sets, use a knife to cut around the sides of the baking dish and flip onto a cutting board. Cut snacks into small pieces to serve. 5. Fruit snacks last in the refrigerator for up to a week. Not that they ll make it that long.
wild Blueberry Crumble Granola 2 cups rolled oats ½ cup wheat germ ½ cup ground fiaxseed ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup chopped almonds 3 tablespoons unsalted butter ½ cup Wild Blueberry Fruition 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ½ cup honey 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon and almonds. Stir and set aside. 3. On the stove, melt butter in a saucepan. Pour in Wild Blueberry Fruition and vanilla. Stir until smooth. 4. Add honey and warm Wild Blueberry sauce into oat mixture. Stir until all ingredients are coated. 5. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 7 minutes to crisp evenly or until slightly golden brown. Let sit and cool for 1 hour. Store in a sealed container for up to 1 week. 6. Sprinkle on pretty much everything.
Cherry-Raspberry Freeze Pops 1 cup Cherry Fruition ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt ½ cup Wyman s Fresh Frozen Raspberries Equipment Popsicle tray or four 5-ounce paper cups, popsicle sticks, aluminum foil. 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the Cherry Fruition and vanilla Greek yogurt until smooth. 2. Using a popsicle tray (or paper cups), pour mixture into each individual section until ¾ of the way full. Add 3 6 frozen raspberries, pressing them into the mixture so they are completely covered. 3. If using paper cups, keep the popsicle sticks from leaning by covering the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil, and poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup. 4. Place prepared cups or popsicle tray into freezer for 3 4 hours. 5. Let the praise and compliments roll in.
Mango Passion Fruit Gimlet 1 /3 cup Mango Passion Fruit Fruition 2 ounces vodka Juice from ½ lime ½ cup ice cubes 4 ounces unflavored seltzer water Lime or mint garnish (optional) 1. Combine Mango Passion Fruit Fruition, vodka and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake ingredients until combined. 2. Pour into a glass half filled with ice, and top with seltzer water and optional garnish. 3. Prepare your toast.
wild Blueberry Caramel Glaze 1½ cups sugar 4 tablespoons water 2 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 cup Wild Blueberry Fruition 1. Combine sugar, water, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice in a large saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil, occasionally swirling pan until syrup is a golden amber color (approximately 9 minutes). 2. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes, then stir in Wild Blueberry Fruition and remaining lemon juice. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Serve with cake, over vanilla ice cream, or straight from the spoon.
