Throughout December we will continue to serve our traditional Sunday Lunches, but book early to avoid disappointment. Festive Lunches Our festive menu is available for lunch throughout December in The Dining Room and Bar for individual diners. Should you wish to hire a private room for a group lunch we have our lovely Garden and Alfriston Suites available at a private room hire fee. Or have a look at our inclusive private dining packages that include all you need for a successful event. Private dining & parties Arrange a private lunch, dinner or party in one of our beautiful function rooms and celebrate with our festive menu. Our Garden Suite offers panoramic views of the gardens and South Downs and is ideal for smaller functions. This suite can accommodate up to 50 guests for a sit-down meal and is located near the main bar. Our largest room, the Alfriston Suite, enjoys magnificent views of the South Downs and surrounding landscape. This suite will accommodate 120 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 100 with a dance floor and also features its own bar inside of the room, perfect for keeping your guests with you for the whole evening. CHRISTMAS WREATH MAKING The perfect event to get you in the Christmas spirit. Come along and learn how to make a festive wreath in time for Christmas with experienced floral designer & Floral International s editor Nina Tucknott. You will be working with conifer and spruce as well as a host of festive fayre including cinnamon, orange slices and cones. As well as your 2 hour class, you ll enjoy a lovely 2 course festive meal in our award winning restaurant The Dining Room. At the end of your session you will take home your masterpiece to be admired by family and friends!
