Tex Mex Beef Bombs Pork Loin Steaks Sausage Meat Edam Cheese (sliced) Chimichurri Sliceable Sauce Cut a pocket in the pork loin steaks as you slice them off the loin. Wrap a piece of sliceable sauce with a slice of cheese. Stuff the cheese and sauce into the pocket and seal up the gap with sausage meat. Brush the pork with batter and roll in the schnitzel mix. Crispy Pork & Cheese Melts Cheese & Ham Quesadillas Whole Slices of Ham (your choice) Gouda or Mexican Cheese (sliced) Lay the ham flat and place the cheese slices on top.
