9. Entries of non perishables goods must be tagged and placed in their location in the Arts & Craft Building which is located on the Fair Grounds on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 by 6 p.m. The building will be opened to the public from 1:00 pm to 6 pm. At 6 pm the doors to the Craft Building will be closed to the public. NO EXCEPTIONS. 10. Entries of Perishable goods must be tagged and be placed in their location in the Arts & Craft Building which is location on the Fair Grounds on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 by 6 pm. The building will be opened to the public from 1:00 pm to 6 pm. At 6 pm, the doors to the Craft Building will be closed to the public. NO EXCEPTIONS. 11. When Judges have made their decisions, the Superintendent will see that awards are properly distributed. First Premium, BLUE; Second Premium, RED; Third Premium, YELLOW. All premium money will be paid from the JUDGING SHEETS and NOT from any ribbons that may be attached to the exhibits. ALL JUDGING RESULTS ARE FINAL 12. While the Society has supervision of its buildings and grounds during the fair, it does not hold itself liable or responsible for the loss of the property of exhibitors through damage or theft. 13. Association of Connecticut Fairs Photo Contest The theme for the annual photo contest is Connecticut Fairs. This contest is a mail in contest. The contest winner is chosen from the group finalists at the fall meeting of The Association of Connecticut Fairs. The photo submitted should show general scenes around our members fairs. Photos must have been taken after September 30, 2017. The photos entered do not have to be exhibited at any member fair to be eligible.
