Mailed registration must be received by August 29, 2018. ONLINE Entries are open thru Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:59 PM. http://compete.hebronharvestfair.org All Items to be Judged MUST be dropped off at the designated time. Mailed or dropped off items will not be accepted 2. ONLY ONE PERSON PER FORM. No changes or additions will be allowed. You must use the supplied form with only one entry per line. 3. You MUST list the DEPARTMENT NUMBER, CLASS LETTER and LOT NUMBER for EACH ITEM you enter. 4. 9. Entries of non perishables goods must be tagged and placed in their location in the Arts & Craft Building which is located on the Fair Grounds on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 by 6 p.m. The building will be opened to the public from 1:00 pm to 6 pm. At 6 pm the doors to the Craft Building will be closed to the public. NO EXCEPTIONS. 10. Entries of Perishable goods must be tagged and be placed in their location in the Arts & Craft Building which is location on the Fair Grounds on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 by 6 pm. The building will be opened to the public from 1:00 pm to 6 pm. At 6 pm, the doors to the Craft Building will be closed to the public. NO EXCEPTIONS. 11. When Judges have made their decisions, the Superintendent will see that awards are properly distributed. First Premium, BLUE; Second Premium, RED; Third Premium, YELLOW. All premium money will be paid from the JUDGING SHEETS and NOT from any ribbons that may be attached to the exhibits. ALL JUDGING RESULTS ARE FINAL 12. While the Society has supervision of its buildings and grounds during the fair, it does not hold itself liable or responsible for the loss of the property of exhibitors through damage or theft. 13. ALL ENTRIES MUST be removed at DESIGNATED TIMES ONLY; Sunday September 19 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 14. Any article not removed by 8:00 pm on Sunday will become the property of Hebron Harvest Fair and will be disposed of accordingly. 15. All premiums, for all departments, will be forfeited if any item is removed from grounds before the designated times. 16. Handwork: Department 17 Judging will be Tuesday September 4, 2018 Judging Criteria All entries must be the handiwork of the exhibitor and completed in the past year. Judging is based on the total appearance of the articles submitted, including framing. All articles must be clean and neat, difficulty involved and variety of stitches in the making of said article.
