Sit Down Dinners If a buffet is too informal, you can have a sit down dinner party. The entrees you choose can come from our menu or a special request. Choose three to four main entrees for your party and we ll do all the work from cooking to serving to cleaning up. All you do is enjoy the company of your guests. Included in our dinner is a tossed salad, main dinner entrée, choice of potato, choice of vegetable, rolls and butter and coffee, tea or soda (when serving in house). Appetizers (Ask for pricing) Jerk Chicken Bites Bites of tender chicken breast grilled with the Parrot s own jerk seasoning that has an infusion of island spices. A bit of a bite but guaranteed to please. Mini Egg Rolls Whole baby shrimp, real pork and a variety of chopped vegetables including cabbage, celery, water chestnuts, mushrooms and carrots, with a touch of soy sauce. Petite Assorted Quiche A custard, made with half & half cream and Swiss cheese, fills a cream cheese pastry crust. The four varieties include Lorraine, Cajun Shrimp, Herb Cheese and Spinach. Plain Rumaki Seasoned chicken liver and a crisp water chestnut wrapped in lean bacon. Scallops in Bacon Tender sea scallops lightly dusted with bread crumbs and wrapped in lean bacon. Mini Salmon Skewers Strips of salmon woven on a 6 inch wooden skewer marinated in orange, pineapple juice and spices and broiled.
