THE FINE LINES GROUP EVENT INFORMATION When booking your group reservation, please note that dates come with a food & beverage revenue guarantee. Minimums do not include our 4% service charge, sales tax or gratuity and may vary based on the day of the week and time of the year. EVENT GUARANTEES The Showcase Room will need to receive your final guest commitment 5 business days prior to each event. Should the final count not be made available by the requested time, the originally established attendance will be used. Group menus and beverage choices will need to be chosen 2 weeks in advance. This will guarantee food and beverage item availability and printing of the menus for the event. SERVICE FEES Services listed in this packet are subject to a 4% service charge, appropriate sales tax, and gratuity. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your event at any time prior to the date with a forfeiture of your deposit. You may cancel your event any time prior to 14 calendar days/2 weeks before your event without any additional penalty. A cancellation within 2 weeks of your event will incur a fee equal to 50% of the food & beverage cost for your guest count, including sales tax, plus a 4% service charge on the full contracted food & beverage amount. A cancellation within 24 hours of the event will incur charges totaling 100% of food & beverage cost for your guest count, including sales tax plus a 4% service charge on the full contracted food & beverage amount. CONFIRMING RESERVATION In order to reserve your space for a group event, a proposal will be sent to you via our reservation system for review and acceptance of terms. Please return the accepted proposal within three business days to confirm your event. MENU ITEM CHANGES Due to our dedication to the craftsmanship of food and wine, our menus will change seasonally. We may need to make substitutions based on product availability. VENDORS We believe it is important to always execute at a high level of hospitality and strive to create memorable experiences for our guests. When we partner with vendors it is just as important that they have the same vision and passion. We offer a list of vendors that have been approved to assist with our events and believe they are the best of the best. All other outside vendors must be pre-approved by the sales team and provide proof of insurance. FINAL PAYMENT We do not provide separate checks for group events. Upon completion of the event, one check will be prepared with all food, beverage, incidental charges, sales tax and our service charge. Payment of the entire guest check is due upon completion of the event. Fox Restaurant Concepts accepts cash and all major credit cards.
