VINTAGE 2016 RUSHY CREEK ROSE Electric salmon in colour, aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a crisp dry finish. A classic style of Rose made for food. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed shiraz was fermented in seasoned oak and stainless tank, lees stirred for further complexity. Alcohol 12.3%.
VINTAGE 2015 ELLIS CREEK SAUVIGNON BLANC Lifted aromas of fresh herbs and elderflower blossom. Crisp wine with white peach and lime flavours on the palate. Partial ferment in seasoned oak barriques, lees stirred to add wonderful complexity, blended with a stainless tank fermented portion for a bright fresh wine. Alcohol 11.5%.
