Reservation Policy Christmas menus are available on a pre order basis only (excluding New Year s Eve). Pre orders must be received in writing 14 days before the reservation via email to info@sanpietro.uk.com. The pre order must clearly state each person s name & choice. For Dine with Santa, the name, gender and age of the child is also required. Deposits Christmas lunch and Sunday lunch menu: 5.00 per person Christmas dinner menu: 10.00 per person Dine with Santa experience: 5.00 per person (adults & children) Christmas Eve: 10.00 per person New Year s Eve: 25.00 per person New Year s Day: 10.00 per person All deposits are required upon reservation. A table will remain unconfirmed until the deposit is paid & the restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation which has not been confirmed by payment of a deposit within 14 days of the booking. For a party over 10 people full balance of the table is due 7 days before reservation. Individual payments will not be accepted on night. Menu Amendments We are more than happy to adapt our dishes to suit dietary requirements, allergies &specific dislikes or preferences, however these amendments must be agreed in advance (minimum 48 hours) by the restaurant manager in consultation with our head chef. The resulting amendment must be clearly noted on the meal pre order. We advise you that some amendments may incur a price supplement. For New Year s Eve additional vegetarian choices & dietary amendments are available however pre notification is essential at least 48 hours in advance. Refund Policy A deposit will be refunded if a person cancels before a meal has been pre ordered, subject to a minimum of 50% of the original booking still attending. Once a food pre order has been received then no deposits will be refunded. A minimum period of 14 days is required in order for a deposit to be refunded, even if a meal has not been pre ordered. All cancellations must be made in writing clearly stating their name, meal choice & the party lead booking name, date &time. This can be emailed to info@sanpietro.uk.com. Any cancellations made to food orders without written notice a minimum of 4 hours before the reservation time will incur the full charge of the meal, however the party can elect to have the meal served & shared. Seasonal Closures The hotel and restaurant are closed from the evening of Christmas Eve up to and including 26th December. Both the hotel and restaurant will be closed from the evening of 1st and re-opening 9th January 2019.
