Cuisine David Féau - Executive Chef Chef Féau grew up in the kitchen cooking with his mother in France. His father farmed throughout the year, which enabled Féau to be constantly surrounded by fresh produce. He picked and prepared his own vegetables throughout his childhood. Doing so provided him with a sense of purpose as he tilled the soil and created something nourishing to set on the table each night. Today, Chef Féau s creative touch continues, as he is inspired by each day s farm-fresh shipment of fruits and vegetables. Chef Féau and his culinary team create exquisite dishes using only the finest ingredients from around the world. Their custom menus are curated around the changing seasons, reflecting the finest elements of California, French, and Mediterranean Cuisine.
