Cavas de Gaucho Wine Tasting and Steak Cavas de Gaucho Gaucho s wine boutique with their finest wines adorning the walls through to the Vaulted wine cellars. This space has its own cocktail bar, open grill and, with black leather walls, glass topped tables, splashing of cowhide on the walls. This area would be exclusively ours and can accommodate 100 seated or 120 standing. Suggestion would be to split the space with one area for the business update and the other being used for the lunch and wine tasting. We would be to do a 30-40 min wine tasting session after the main business content and before the relaxed lunch. With an award-winning wine list that boasts being the largest Argentine listing outside of the country itself Cavas De Gaucho are passionate about their wines. The wine tasting session could cover The ABC s of wine tasting which is a great introduction to the world of wine. Learn the techniques to tasting a wine, what all that nonsense on the bottle means, the difference between 'old world' and 'new world' as well as understanding and experiencing the differences between certain grape varieties. Or we could focus on wine region or style e.g. Malbec, Argentina North to South, New Generation or Super Malbec etc.

The Michel Roux JR Cooking School Cactus Kitchen Tucked under the eaves of a former chapel in South West London, The Michel Roux Jr Cookery School at Cactus Kitchens is a short distance from where the eponymous chef grew up and still lives. This unique site dates back to 1834 has been the home of Cactus TV since 2012. Cactus TV is the independent production company behind BBC One's longest running Saturday morning programme, Saturday Kitchen Live and many other entertainment shows. Run your morning meeting in the dining room and follow it with a corporate cooking class. Guaranteed to break the ice, this bespoke classes is an ideal way to network or relax with colleagues. The corporate cooking classes includes cooking days with an in-house or celebrity chef and fun, challenging, team-building exercises. Mixology Suggestion would be to run the event from during the afternoon and then have food and cocktail master class early evening. Mixology Studios is the home of Mixology Events and the permanent cocktail masterclass workshop in Shoreditch. It s within walking distance of Old Street and Liverpool Street Stations and is easily accessible through public transport. Mixology Studios offers our unique custom cocktail workshop format. Each small group gets their own cocktail bar station to work on. This removes the chance of having to wait, and allows full interaction whilst you make your cocktails at your own speed and enjoyment.
