Wedding Cake The French Gourmet uses only fresh and natural ingredients in all of its delicious cakes. Our Classic Wedding Cake is finished with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate. Traditionally, this finish allows the newlyweds to use their color scheme of fresh flowers to decorate the cake. Please meet with our Wedding Cake Specialist for a cake tasting and a discussion of available finishes, shapes and tier options. Flavors: Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Strawberry or Raspberry Bagatelle, Carrot, Red Velvet, Lemon Buttercream, and more. Croquembouche also available.
