Ballroom Rental Grand Oak Ballroom & Patio: $750.00 One section of Legends Ballroom: $1000.00 Two sections of Legends Ballroom: $2,000.00 Three sections of Legends Ballroom: $2,500.00 The ballroom rental include tables, chairs, white linen, complimentary cake cutting, basic stage setup for DJ or Band and dance floor.
The Cottage Rental The Presidential Cottage & Gardens can accommodate up to 120 guests and is a lovely upscale background for your Special Event a charming two-story cedar and stone house, separated from the main building and featuring a small koi pond and enchanting wooden foot bridge. Rental of the cottage includes the six lodging rooms for the night of the event. Rental Fee: $3,500.00 The above rates are exclusive of 23% gratuity & 12.5% lodging tax. Guest Room Accommodations We are pleased to offer to you and your guests a special reduced rate for guestrooms and suites when you reserve a block of rooms.
