In the evening, the celebrations begin with a mouth-watering six course gala dinner, followed by a lively night of music and dancing until the small hours. The New Year is welcomed with complimentary Champagne and mince pies served at midnight. New Year s Day Enjoy a leisurely morning with perhaps a late breakfast in bed. Why not take an afternoon stroll on one of Jersey s beautiful beaches?
