Smoked paprika 1 cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce ¼ cup Frank s RedHot Sriracha Chili Sauce Caramelize onion in oil. Toss raisins and smoked paprika in coconut milk. Heat in microwave 15 seconds to plump raisins. Combine sauces with raisin mixture. Add to onions and heat. ASIAN SWEET GINGER BBQ SAUCE YIELDS 1 CUP ½ cup ½ cup 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. Rice vinegar ½ tsp. COCONUT GINGER DRESSING YIELDS 1 CUP ASIAN KORMA YIELDS 2 CUPS TIP: Use as Asian pork chop topping or purée in blender with rice wine vinegar to make a smooth Asian steak sauce. ¾ cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce 6 tbsp. Coconut milk, light 1 tbsp. Lemon juice, fresh 1 tbsp. French s Dijon Mustard 1 tsp. Sesame oil 1½ tsp. Toasted sesame seeds Combine ingredients. TIP: For a spicier dressing, add 1 tsp. of ginger paste and 1 tsp. curry powder. Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce Cattlemen s Kansas City Classic Finished BBQ Sauce Sesame oil Combine all ingredients. TIP: Use this sauce to glaze ribs, chops or chicken. ¼ cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce 2 tsp. Rice vinegar 1 tsp. Cilantro, chopped 1 cup Pineapple, fresh, diced ¼" 1 cup Mango, fresh, diced ¼" 1 tbsp. Anaheim pepper, finely chopped Combine all ingredients. TIP: This salsa is the perfect addition to Asian fish tacos. SRIRACHA AIOLI YIELDS 1 CUP SWEET & SPICY GINGER FRUIT SALSA YIELDS 1 1 /3 CUPS 2 tbsp. Frank s RedHot Sriracha Chili Sauce ¾ cup Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. Roasted garlic 1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice Combine. Let flavors blend for 4 hours. TIP: Pair the heat of this aioli with a burger topped with sliced avocado. TOASTED NUT SRIRACHA VINAIGRETTE YIELDS 2 1 /3 CUPS ½ cup Frank s RedHot Sriracha Chili Sauce ½ cup Canola oil ½ cup Honey ½ cup Peanuts, dry roasted cup Fresh lime juice Place nuts in a blender and pulse. Add remaining ingredients and blend. TIP: Serve over chilled steamed vegetables or toss with grains and lightly blanched vegetables for a side salad.

Fold ½ cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce into whipped cream for a refreshingly light and fluffy crème with a zesty ginger infusion. TIP: Serve this whip cream on top of key lime or coconut cream pie. GOLDEN SRIRACHA BBQ SAUCE Add 1 cup Cattlemen s Carolina Tangy Gold Finished BBQ Sauce to ½ cup Frank s RedHot Sriracha Chili Sauce for a spicy barbecue dipping sauce. TIP: Use this sauce to baste grilled chicken, ribs or seafood. MANGO MADNESS Whisk together ½ cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce with ½ cup mango nectar for a vibrant red sauce. TIP: Turn this sauce into a dip by blending with sour cream. Combine ¾ cup Frank s RedHot Asian Sweet Ginger Sauce with a 14.5 oz. can of fire-roasted tomatoes and ¼ cup chopped cilantro for a smoky Asian tomato sauce. TIP: Serve as a steak sauce or with grilled chicken, wild game or full flavored seafood. KICKIN' KETCHUP Combine ¼ cup Frank s RedHot Sriracha Chili Sauce with 1 cup ketchup to create a condiment with a wonderful blast of Asian flavor and heat. TIP: Serve as a dip with French fries or chicken fingers.
