Panipuri Ingredients for Pani Puri Recipe Ingredients for Puri 1 cup Rava (Semolina) 3 tbsp Maida (Wheat flour) 1/4 tsp Baking Powder (soda) Salt Oil Ingredients for Stuffing 2 boiled Potatoes 1/2 Cups boiled white peas 1 tsp Chat masala 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp cumin powder salt Ingredients for Pani Puri Water 2 cups water

Chopped Coriander leaves, Dates, Mint leaves, Green Chillies 1/2 cup Tamarind pulp Pani Puri Masala (or Chat Masala) Method to Make a Panipuri recipe at home Making of Puri Mix semolina,maida flour, baking soda and salt together. Make a tight dough by using warm water. Cover with damp cloth and keep it for 30 minutes. Make a small balls. But don t let it dry. Roll out large and thin chapati with this dry flour mixture. Cut the chapati into small circles by using mold. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Oil should be well heated. Fry the puris. Making of stuffing Mash the potatoes in another bowl add boiled White peas and mix well. Add cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, chilli powder and salt and mix well. Making of Panipuri water (Masala Pani) Make a paste of chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves and chopped green chilies. Add this paste in a water along with Pani puri Masala (or Chat Masala) Add a tamarind pulp + jaggery + dates paste as per required taste. This paste is sweet enhancer. Thats all, its easy, Now your Pani Puri is ready to serve.

Kothimbir vadi Ingredients to make a Kothimbir vadi Coriander fritters Kothimbir (Coriander) Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas) Chopped Ginger & Garlic, Chillies, Water Turmeric, Hing (Asafoetida) Red Chilli Powder (masala), Salt, Baking Soda Jeera (Cumin Seeds), Oil Mohri (Black Mustard Seeds) Method to make a Kothimbir vadi Coriander fritters: Step 1: Keep the Chana Dal (Split Chickpeas) in a water about 4-5 hours. Chop the Ginger, Garlic and Chillies. Step 2: After 4-5 hours.

Mix Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Chillies and wet chana dal and blend it from the blender/mixer. Step 3: Add Coriander Turmeric, Hing (Asafoetida), Salt, Baking Soda, Red chilli Powder (Masala) in a blended mixture and Mix it well. Step 4: Apply oil and spread a mixture on the dish. Steam this dish in the steamer or cooker about 25 minutes. Step 5: After 25 minutes. Remove the steamed mixture from steamer and let it cool down. Cut it in the square or diamond shape. Even you can use mold to create your favorite shape. Step 6: Heat the oil on the pan add Jeera (cumin Seeds) and Mohri (Black Mustard Seeds) and shallow fry a shaped vadi on the medium flame. Your Coriander fritters i.e. Kothimbir vadi recipe is ready to eat.

Steamed Modak Ingredients to make steamed Modak: Grated Coconut (1 bowl) Grated Jaggery (1 bowl) Rice Flour (1 bowl) Water (1 Bowl)(Same Amount as rice floor) Nutmeg Powder(Jaiphal) Cardamom (Ilaichi). Small amount of Salt, Oil, Milk Recipe for Steamed Modak: Step 1: Firstly, we will start to make the filling/stuffing/puran. Add Grated Coconut and Grated Jaggery in a vessel Mix it well. Stir this mixture on low flame. Jaggery will melt. Add Nutmeg Powder and cardamom into the mixture. Stir this mixture till Mixture gets dry. Your Modak sweet filling is ready. Let it cool, in meanwhile move towards the step 2.

Step 2: Now we will make an Outer Cover of Ukadiche Modak. Add a small amount of water, salt, oil and milk in a vessel and boil it on high flame. After mixture gets boil reduce the flame and add rice flour. Stir it gradually till all rice flour is mixed with water. Let it cool till touchable temperature. Make a dough. Step 3: Next objective is to shape the Modak. While Shaping the Modak, the outer cover might stick to the finger which spoils the shape of the Modak. Apply a small amount of oil on fingers. This will reduce the chances of spoiling the shape of the Modak. Make balls from the dough Give the shape of the bowl to the balls and fill the Stuffing/Puran (Jaggery Coconut Mixture) in the bowl. Pinch the outer part of the bowl to make a pleat. You can make as many pleats as possible. Bring all pleats together and seal it. Watch the video to understand it better. Now well Shaped Modak is Ready Step 4: This is the final step. In this step, we will steam the Modak. Put some water in the steamer. Place the holed dish in the Steamer. Place the thin cotton cloth or Banana leaves on the holed dish. and lastly, place the shaped Modak. Steam it about 10 to 15 minutes. Steamed Modak is now ready to offer to Lord Ganesha.

Paneer biryani Ingredients for Paneer biryani recipe. Paneer curd chilly powder turmeric hing(asafoetida) dhana (coriender seeds) and jeera(cumin Seeds) powder salt biryani masala basmati rice onions Ginger n garlic paste water

Method for paneer biryani Recipe Step 1: First marinate the paneer atleast for half n hour. Take a curd in one bowl. Add Asafoetida(hing), turmeric powder, masala, biryani masala, garlic and ginger paste, salt and paneer and mix it well. Step 2: Wash the basmati rice n drain n keep it. Step 3: Boil some water in the pan according to the rice quantity. Add all dry spices like cloves, big cardimum,dalchini, black paper etc. Add some oil or ghee and salt n let it boil for 5 min and add socked basmati rice and halfcook. Step 4: Heat oil in the pan. Add mustard,cumin seeds, one chopped green chilly, ginger and garlic paste, Asafoetida (hing), turmeric, red masala few dry spices ( optional), chopped onions and saute, add chopped tomatoes saute add biryani masala (can add capsicum n green peas)and add marinated paneer.cook ot for 5min Step 5: Make a layers for dum. take one non stick pan grees with oil or ghee, make a potato slices and make a base add basmati rice layer then paneer gravy layer, again rice layer, add coriander and fried onion n ghee on every layer and keep it for dum in low flame. After 10 min your paneer biryani is ready You can garnish with fresh cream and serve hot

Paneer Pizza Ingredients for Paneer Pizza recipe. Readymade Pizza base. 200 gm Paneer. Bell Peppers (or Capsicum). Cheese. Black pepper Powder Butter. Onion. chilli flakes Pizza Sauce. 4-5 tomatos Oregano Basil leaves Recipe:

Step 1 Lets start by making Pizza sauce Put some oil let it boil. Then add chopped garlic and onion. Then add Tomato puree, Red Chilli Powder, small amount of sugar, Salt, Black pepper powder, schezwan Sauce. Put some basil leaves and Oregano. Mix it till you get a sauce like consistency Step 2 Spread a layer of butter, Cheese and pizza sauce on the ready made Pizza Base. Cut the Onion, Chop paneer and Bell pepper into small cubes. Add a layer of Onion, paneer and capsicum on the pizza base. Step 3 Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the veggies and bake in a preheated oven at 160C/300F till the cheese melts and the top becomes a little crisp. (If you want to make it in pan, cook it in a slow flame for 10-15 mins) Step 4 Remove and cut the paneer pizza into slices. Garnish the pizza by sprinkling oregano seasoning or chilli flakes and serve hot.
