Frequently Asked Questions Q:How is pricing determined? A: Our Wedding Packages offer complete deluxe receptions, including two hours of open bar, with a champagne toast, hors d oeuvres, overnight accommodations for the bride and groom as well as sit-down or buffet dinner options. Please note; additional tax and service charge will apply to all food & beverage pricing. Q: Do we offer discounts for weddings anytime during the year? A: We have the greatest flexibility for brides and grooms planning Friday and Sunday events. Overnight accommodation rates very widely based upon availability. If providing lower guest rates to your attendees is important to you, please ask about dates when we can offer discounted rates. Q: What is the deposit amount you require? A: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required in order to reserve space at the time of the Contract signing. An additional 50% is due 6 months prior to the event with the final payment due 2 weeks prior to your event. Q: Are tax and gratuity included? A: No, an additional 20% Service Charge and 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all pricing. Q: Is there a children's price? A: Yes, entrees are available for children 10 years old and under. Chicken fingers with fries remains our most popular selection. The charge is $17.95 Q: Do you offer tastings? A: Yes, we offer an independent tasting to all confirmed wedding couples. Q: Do you include centerpieces? A: Yes, the wedding package includes the use of a round mirror & hurricane globe with a white pillar candle. All personalization of the centerpieces is the responsibility of the client to provide. Q: What color are your linens?
