These are sent on a 24 hour courier service, not including weekend deliveries. Saturday deliveries will be subject to + 3.00 surcharge. UK MAINLAND DELIVERY: We send across the UK, there will be additional surcharges for deliveries to Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland email sales@taste-of.co.uk for more information. EFFICIENT DELIVERY Accurate delivery address details, including postcode and recipient telephone number, are essential for efficient delivery. Our team will email you a listing of all hamper tracking information on the day of delivery. SIGNATURE REQUIRED All deliveries are sent with a requirement for a signature, this is for alcohol licensing and food safety. CONTAINING FRESH FOOD Fresh Food cannot be delivered to mainland UK locations on a Monday as we cannot guarantee to our satisfaction that they will remain fresh during transit over the weekend. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive their gift as we cannot be responsible for these products if we are unable to complete first time delivery. WINES & SPIRITS s and gifts which include alcohol may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over. ALLERGY INFORMATION Additional information on products and allergens is available on our website. SUBSTITUTIONS All hampers are fully itemised in the brochure and we will make every effort to supply the items printed. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value. INSURANCE All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damages should be emailed to bath@taste-of.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the products broken. GREETINGS Every gift order can be sent with a personal gift message, just include in your email order. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY Last Guaranteed date will be the 20th December.
