The heritage of the great religions, ablution is a purifying ritual. Between communion with the gods and psychic and corporate well-being, ablution harmonizes the mind and transports us towards a world of inner peace. In each of its drops, Ablution contains the ancestral heritage of ancient perfumery. Incense and infused resins, mosaics of floral waters, macerations, spices and woods come together in the roundness of thousandyear old raw materials, the delicacy of a meticulous and prized art, the passion of timeless fragrances. Elaboration of tinctures After several months of cold maceration in organic alcohol, the plant delicately releases the subtleties of each scent. Steam distillation The floral waters used are obtained by a gentle extraction process using steam that condenses all the properties and fragrances of flowers in miraculous waters. Assembly Once each component has been patiently elaborated, assembly consists in blending them into the perfumer s aromatic formula. Cooling and filtration Once the mixture has been obtained, it is refrigerated to let it clarify, then filtered to remove deposits that could spoil the purity of the Cologne. Maturation Then, for 2 to 3 months, the mixture is left to rest to let all the ingredients blend together and thus refine the fragrance. The production stages Packaging and labelling Each Ablution is then packaged and labelled as orders come in order to maintain all its original fragrances.
