Remove the inner seeds ribs of the pepper slice or dice 1/2 of the pepper however you would like for your salad. Add bell pepper pieces 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes to greens place in refrigerator until meal is ready. 3 Dice 1/4 yellow onion for sauce 1/8 yellow onion for salad dressing. Mince 1 1/2 Tbs. of fresh parsley drain 1 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomatoes. Next add water to a large pot lightly salt. This will be for the pasta. Put on burner at high heat to boil. 4 Place the 1/8 chopped onion for the salad dressing in a blender. Add 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 tsp soy sauce, 1 Tbs. honey, 3/4 tsp white sugar, 3/8 tsp freeze dried minced garlic, 2 1/2 Tbs. olive oil 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth. Keep refrigerated along the salad. 5 While waiting for water to boil, heat a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Put 1/2 pound of sausage, remaining 1/4 of the diced yellow onion, 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes the remaining 1 1/8 tsp freeze dried minced garlic in the skillet.
