Bookings No holds will be placed on dates and/or rooms, however, once a contract has been issued a tentative booking will be held for 7 days to allow a security deposit, signed contract and credit card guarantee to be forwarded to the Hotel. Should the Hotel receive another enquiry for your chosen date, you will be required to make a decision within 2 business days. Confirmation A deposit, signed contract and credit card guarantee are required within 7 days of your reservation to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client if the confirmation has not been received. Balance of the account payable 7 days prior to your wedding day. wedding Guidelines Cancellation All cancellations must be made known to the Hotel in writing. Deposits paid will be forfeited. Dietary requirements Our Chef will be happy to cater for any dietary requirements. A minimum of 72 hours notice is essential. Dietaries advised on the day are not guaranteed. Children and crew meals Children's meals (5-12 yrs) $50 per child, includes main meal, dessert and soft drinks. Supplier meals $30 per person, includes soft drink. Halal Your printed menu can reflect halal meat with a symbol (on request). We are happy to discuss your traditions and incorporate into your wedding where possible. Liquor License Brisbane Marriott complies with Queensland Liquor Licensing Law and practices the responsible service of alcohol. We are not permitted to hold events past midnight.
