Winter golf Tracy Park boasts two 18 hole championship golf courses, so why not combine your Festive or New Year s Eve booking with some winter golf? Choose to play a round on either of our two courses (or both!) on the day of your party or the day after for a special rate of just 17.50 per person midweek or 22.50 per person during the weekend. Your time(s) must be booked with your event co-ordinator and a deposit of 7.50 (midweek) or 12.50 (weekend) per person per round paid for in advance along with the balance of your party booking. Please note: you do not need to book accommodation to be eligible for this discounted green fee rate. 8

Terms & Conditions Reservations hotel. availability and prices quoted at the time of booking. All offers are subject to availability. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for a maximum of 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit. Payment Parties & Events: Deposits are required for the featured events in this brochure. When booking a Festive or New Year s Eve celebration a non refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. The balance of payment must be made by 1st November 2013. When booking after 1st November 2013, full payment is required. Accommodation: A 50% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due by 1st November 2013. When booking after 1st November 2013, full payment is required. Golf green fees: A 7.50 deposit (midweek) or 12.50 deposit (weekend) is required on booking your event with the remainder due on the day. Payment by credit card, debit card or BACS. Send the completed booking form to the address stated on the form. Payment by credit card will incur a 2.5% surcharge. All additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to departure Cancellations Parties & Events: Bookings not paid in full by 1st November 2013 or at time of booking if booked after this date, will be deemed to have been cancelled, and any monies paid will be retained by the No refunds of monies paid will be made due to cancellation or reduction in the number of guests attending, unless the hotel is able to resell the space. In such circumstances the refund will be payable after the date of the booked event. Children Children may be admitted to a Festive lunch, at the discretion of the General Manager. Please clarify when booking. Children 16 and over are classified as adults and will pay full rate. Children between 3 15 (if admitted) are charged at 50% of the rate stated in this brochure (excluding accommodation which is charged at the full rate, unless a family room is booked with two full paying adults - supplement applies). Under 3 s are charged a cover fee of 10.00 for Festive lunch and a supplement applies to cots in bedrooms. All statutory licensing regulations apply. In the interest of safety of guests, food and drinks are strictly prohibited from the dance area. In the event of any spillage of food or drinks on the dance floor, guests are to inform any member of the hotel staff immediately. Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you and your guests taken in the aggregate, is limited to the price of your booking. How to find us? Tracy Park is easily accessible from all parts of the South West. From Junction 18 on the M4 we are situated 4 miles from Bath and 12 miles from Chippenham. The entrance to Tracy Park is just off the A420 east of the village of Wick. From Bath take the Lansdown Road towards Wick, from Bristol take the A420 east towards Chippenham, from the M4 take Junction 18, then the A46 towards Bath followed by the A420. By Air Bristol International Airport is 20 minutes away. Chauffeur driven transport can be arranged for you at a charge. By Helicopter Helicopter landing in the hotel grounds can be arranged by prior arrangement. Our helicopter co-ordinates are 512642 north and 22450 west. By Rail There is a regular service from Paddington London to Bath or Bristol. Both stations are located 20 minutes away from the hotel and taxis should be available at the station.
