Black Sunset 1 part spiced rum 2 parts pineapple juice a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Dogmen s Revenge ½ part peach schnapps ½ part raspberry puree 1 part fresh lemon juice a shaker, shake well and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of soda. Tea n A 1 part tea flavored vodka ½ part pomegranate syrup ½ part iced tea a tall glass with ice, stir and garnish with a lemon slice. Berlin Mule 3 parts ginger beer Squeeze of lime Pour Jägermeister and squeeze of lemon into a rocks glass with ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with a lime slice. Hound Dog 1 part sweet vermouth 3½ parts fresh grapefruit juice a tall glass with ice, stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit slice and mint sprig. Scary Mary ½ part spicy vodka Bloody Mary mix In a shaker, combine the Jägermeister, spicy vodka, and bloody Mary mix. Add ice and pour from one shaker into another several times. Pour the mixture into a pint glass. Garnish with a cucumber, pickle, and lemon and lime slices. Crooked Cane 1½ bar spoons of sugar Soda water ½ lime Cut ½ a lime into small pieces and drop into a rocks glass. Add the sugar and muddle. Then add the ice and Jägermeister, top with soda and stir. Belle of the Ball 2 parts peach puree Ginger beer Combine peach puree and Jägermeister in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime. Jäger-mericano 1 part sweet vermouth soda water Combine the Jägermeister and sweet vermouth in either a tall or rocks glass. Add the soda water and garnish with an orange slice. Stir well. Grizzly Bear ½ part amaretto liqueur 2 scoops vanilla ice cream a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a cherry.
CRAFT COCKTAILS Six Point Stag ¼ part navy strength dark Jamaican rum ½ part velvet falernum ½ part lime juice 1 part pineapple juice 3 drops tiki bitters Combine all ingredients except Jägermeister in a tall glass in this order: rum, Falernum, fresh lime juice and pineapple juice. Then add crushed ice and gently mix with a spoon. Then add more ice and top with Jägermeister, bitters, a pineapple slice and a fresh mint sprig. Tikimeister ½ part ginger liqueur ½ part dark Jamaican rum ½ parts lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice ½ part raspberry simple syrup Combine all ingredients plus 1 ice cube in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice and stir quickly. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel. The Steinbeck 1½ parts premium London dry gin Tonic water In a tall glass with ice, add the Jägermeister first, the gin second, and then top with tonic. Squeeze the lime and add to the glass. Synchronized Riot 1½ parts bourbon 1 part amaro Aromatic bitters a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with brandied cherries. The Prinz ¾ part Jägermeister 1½ parts London dry gin ¾ parts premium sweet vermouth Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass or serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange twist. Blockbuster ½ part añejo rum ½ part velvet falernum 1½ parts fresh grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass with ice. Crafted Jäger 1½ parts premium gin Unsweetened iced tea 1 sugar cube 1 lemon In a tall glass, muddle the sugar cube with 3 lemon slices, add the gin, Jägermeister and iced tea. Add ice and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
