Shared party nights Our shared party nights offer an experience like no other, nestled deep in the forest and surrounded by beautiful woodland; perfect for smaller companies, groups of friends or colleagues. Evenings begin at 7pm, where you will be welcomed with a festive drink, followed by a delicious three-course meal* and entertainment for you to enjoy. Menu To Start Roast Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Soup (GFO, LF, VE) Hog Roast Pate With an apple and ale chutney, and toasted granary bread. Goat s Cheese and Red Onion Tartlet On winter leaves, with a roasted walnut and cumin dressing. (V, GF) To Follow* Traditional Roast Turkey Bacon wrapped chipolatas, sage and onion stuffing, goose fat roasted potatoes, honey roast parsnips and a roast turkey gravy. Served with cranberry sauce. (LFO, GFO) Roast Topside of Beef With homemade Yorkshire pudding, goose fat roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips and a red wine and caramelised onion sauce. (LFO, GFO) Roast Parsnip, Red Onion and Chestnut Mushroom Wellington (V) With a roasted garlic sauce. All of the dishes above are served with a melange of seasonal vegetables including: Brussels sprouts, carrots, swede, cauliflower and French beans. 8 To Finish Steamed Christmas Pudding With brandy sauce. A selection of wine and drinks are available to pre-order once your booking has been made. Please contact your event coordinator for details. We don t want you to miss out, so pre-orders are required for the whole party. Please select a starter, main and dessert by no later than 14 days prior to your event date. We re happy to cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know of these prior to your chosen party date so our chefs can accommodate your requirements. 9

We re renowned for our focus on teambuilding and offer a range of unique indoor and outdoor activities, all of which are designed to bring out the very best in you and your team. We ve developed flexible packages which can be added to compliment your event schedule or be the focus of a teambuilding day. Whatever you choose, our expert team is on hand to deliver memorable experiences that give a sense of achievement lasting long after the event has finished. Day delegate rates start from 45 per person (exc. VAT) Packages are available to book from 95 per person (exc. VAT) Flexible team building packages to motivate, recharge and inspire are available at Sherwood, Elveden, Woburn and Longleat Forest and include meeting room hire, catering and activities of your choice. 11
Terms and conditions 1. In order to secure your booking, we require a 10 non-refundable/transferable deposit for each guest along with a completed/signed Booking Form within 10 days of making your party night reservation. 2. If you make a booking within 28 days of your arrival, you will be required to pay the full balance at the time of booking. 3. Menu choices must be received no later than 14 days prior to your party night. 4. All 10 per person deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be used to pay for other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. 5. Final numbers and balance payments must be received no later than 28 days prior to your party date, otherwise places will be offered for resale. 6. Center Parcs general terms and conditions apply, apart from the variation in deposit payment and cancellation conditions outlined within this document. Please note by signing the Booking Form, this constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions. 9. All cancellations must be received in writing. Upon cancellation the 10 per person deposit will be non-refundable and if cancellation occurs with less than 28 days notice, the full booking value will be due or is non-refundable. If numbers fall below the deposit value paid then the balance of deposits paid will be non-refundable or non-transferable. 10. If we have to cancel a party or change the entertainment, we will notify you and you may be offered an alternative event or a refund. 11. All prices and information were correct at time of going to print and are subject to change without notice. 12. Center Parcs Limited reserves the right to make changes where necessary in respect of any particulars in this brochure. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer either verbally or in writing. 13. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.
