N. Advance button. O. Duration and manual mode. P. Automatic programming. Q. End of cooking time This multifunction oven combines the advantages of the traditional convection oven with those of the most modern fan models in a single appliance. It is a very versatile device that allows you to choose easily and safely between the different cooking modes. The various functions offered by the oven are selected by means of selector knob "B" and thermostat "C" located on the control panel. Warning: It is recommended that at the initial use of the appliance set the thermostat to the highest level and leaves the oven on for an hour and a half with nothing inside, with the oven door closed. Then open the door and let the air in the area between. The odor that is usually perceived during the beginning of the use is due to the evaporation of substances that are used to protect the oven during the storage and until its installation. Warning: Place the tray, provided in the oven, always on the bottom rack of the oven to avoid any spillage of sauce or fat on the bottom of the oven at random foods or when using the grill (available on some models). For any other type of cooking, never use the lower shelf and never place anything on the bottom of the oven during operation, as it could damage the enamel finish. Place your kitchen utensils (plates foil, etc.) in the grid provided with the appliance. Note: To use the oven in manual mode (not using the final cooking program) the symbol must be aligned with the reference mark on the control panel. Types of Warming Conventional mode 2540-2988W Set the "C" thermostat knob to 60 and Max on the control panel, the top and bottom will start to heat up. This is the traditional way in which this type of furnaces 8

perfectly and efficiently distributes heat and reduces energy consumption. The convection oven is still unmatched when it comes to dishes such as cabbage with ribs, cod in the Spanish style; cod style Ancona, veal strips with rice, etc. Excellent results are achieved in the preparation of veal or meat dishes as well (stewed meats, stew, Hungarian stew, game animals, ham, etc.) that need to be cooked slowly or added liquid. It is the best system for baking pies as well as fruits and cooking using covered baking pans. When cooking in convection mode, use only the drip pan or cooking grate at a time for even heat distribution. Use the different grills available to balance the amount of heat between the top and bottom of the oven. Select from the various heights if the dish needs more or less heat from the top. Quick Cooking Mode 2561-3005W Set the thermostat knob to "C": between 60 and Max. The top and bottom and the fan will light, guaranteeing the constant distribution of heat evenly through the oven. This mode is especially recommended for cooking pre-packaged foods (such as preheating is not necessary), frozen or pre-cooked foods, as well as some "homemade" dishes. The best results for cooking using the "quick cooking" mode are obtained if only one space is used (the second from the bottom), please refer to the table titled "Practical Cooking Tips". Multiple cooking mode 2733-3278W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and Max. The top and bottom, as well as the circular area and the fan will alternate. Since the heat remains constant and uniform throughout the oven, the air cooks and cooks the food evenly. This mode also allows several firings simultaneously as long as the same temperature is maintained. A maximum of 2 grills can be used at the same time. Please follow the instructions in the "Cooking in More than One Rack" section. This mode of cooking is especially recommended for dishes requiring a gratin finish or for those requiring prolonged cooking times, for example: lasagna, pasta, roasted chicken and potatoes, etc. In addition to the excellent heat distribution, it makes it possible to use the lowest temperature when cooking roasts. This results in less juice loss, meat that is tenderer and less weight loss for roasting. The multi-cooking mode is particularly suitable for cooking fish, which can be prepared with limited amounts of seasoning, thus maintaining its taste and appearance. Excellent results 9

can be obtained by cooking vegetable-based dishes such as curettes, aborigines, peppers, etc. Desserts: This mode is also perfect for baking yeast cakes. This mode can also be used to defrost the meat quickly either white or red as well as bread by adjusting the temperature to 80. For defrosting more delicate foods, set the thermostat to 60 or use only the cold air circulation function by adjusting the Thermostat at 0. Pepper Mode3166 3166-3660W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and 250. The bottom and the circular area as well as the fan will light. This combination will quickly heat the oven due to high power the appliance, and will result in the heat emerging from the bottom. The pizza mode is ideal for foods that require high temperatures for cooking. Like pizzas and roasts. Only use a grill when cooking. If more than one is used, you must alternate positions during the cooking process. Delicate cooking 1367-1570W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and 250. The bottom and the fan will light. Ideal for desserts, sweets and dried seeds in molds. Excellent results are obtained in cooking that requires heat from the bottom. It is recommended to put the pan on a lower level. Oven "Superior" 1330-1523W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and Max. The top will turn on. This mode can be used to brown food in cooking for final duration. Grill 2928-3375W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Max. The upper central part will turn on the heat. The extremely high and direct temperature of the grill allows the surface of the meat and roasted to brown, not allowing the juice to come out and thus keeping the meat tender. The grill is also highly recommended for dishes that require a high temperature on the surface: Beef steaks, beef, steaks, hamburgers, etc. Some examples for grilling are included in the text "Cooking Tips Practical". Fan that attends grill 2953-3400W 10

Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and 200. The central part of the heat and the fan will light. This combination increases the efficiency of the heat element forces the circulation of air through the furnace. This prevents food from burning on its surface, allowing heat to penetrate directly into the food. Excellent results are obtained in cooking of meats, vegetables, sauces, chicken in hot sauce, pork, etc... Cook in "fan mode assisting grill" with oven closed door. This mode is also ideal for cooking fish fillets, such as swordfish, sepia fillings, etc... Baking mode 1950-2276W Set the thermostat knob to "C": Between 60 and 250. The heater backs and the fan are turned on, guaranteeing uniform heat distribution throughout the oven. This mode is ideal for baking and cooking especially delicate foods such as cakes and for the preparation of certain tartar on 3 shelves at the same time. Here are some examples: cream buns, sweet and savory biscuits, portions of vegetables gratin, etc... Defrost Mode 70-87W Thermostat knob positions in "C": Any The fan located at the bottom of the oven circulates the air at room temperature around the food. This is recommended for the thawing of all types of food, but in particular delicate ones that do not require heat, such as: ice cream cakes, dessert custard, and fruit cakes. Using the fan, the defrost time is reduced by about half. In the case of meat, fish and bread, it is possible to accelerate the process using the "bake" mode and adjusting the temperature to 80-100. Rotisserie (Only available on some models) to start the rotisserie, follow the instructions below: Insert the spindle bar "A" into the drive unit and slot "B" on curve "C". Turn the plastic handle "D" counterclockwise and slide the grill into the oven guides, ensuring that the rod slots "E" into the whole "F". The rack must always be in the center of the oven (second position from below). 11

Canceling a program A program can be canceled by selecting the manual function. A schedule is automatically canceled when it reaches the end of its cycle. Oven light Set the "B" knob to the symbol to turn it on. Lights the oven and stays on when any of the electrical elements in the oven heat up. Cooling of ventilation 14

In order to cool the exterior of the appliance, this model is equipped with a cooling fan, which automatically activates when the oven is hot. When the fan is turned on, a normal flow of air is heard between the oven door and the control panel. Note: When the cooking is finished, the fan stays on until the oven has cooled sufficiently. 5. HOW TO KEEP YOUR OVEN IN SHAPE? Before cleaning your oven or servicing it, disconnect from the power source. To extend the life of your oven, you should clean it frequently, keeping in mind: Enamel or stainless steel parts should be washed with warm water without using abrasive powders or corrosive substances that could ruin them, stainless steel may become stained. If these stains are difficult to remove, use special products available on the market. After cleaning, it is advisable to rinse well and dry. The interior of the oven should be cleaned immediately after use, when it is still hot, with hot water and soap; the soap should be rinsed and the interior dried. Avoid using abrasive detergents (eg cleaning powders, etc.) and abrasive sponges for dishes or acid as this could damage enamel. If grease and dirt stains are particularly difficult to remove, I use a special product for cleaning the oven, following the instructions on the package. Never use a steam cleaner to clean the inside of the oven. Condensation may form if the oven is used for an extended period of time. Dry with a soft cloth. There is a rubber gasket that surrounds the opening of the oven that guarantees its perfect functioning. Check the condition of this seal. If necessary, clean it and avoid using abrasive products or objects to do so. In the event of damage, please contact the nearest Service Center. We recommend that you avoid using the oven until it has been repaired. Never cover the bottom of the oven with foil, as heat buildup could compromise cooking and even damage the enamel. Clean the glass door using non-abrasive products or sponges and wipe dry with a soft cloth. 15

6. HOW TO REMOVE OVEN DOORS? For better cleaning, you can remove the oven door. Proceed as pictured: Open the door completely. Lift and rotate the lever on the two hinges. Grip the door on both sides, close slowly but not completely. Pull the door toward you. Out of your base. Replace door following reverse directions. 16

7. REPLACING THE OVEN LAMP WARNING: Make sure the appliance is switched off when replacing the lamp to avoid possible electric shock. Disconnect the oven from the power source using the omnipolar switch used to connect the appliance to the mains or unplug the appliance if it is accessible. Remove the glass cover from the lamp holder. Remove the lamp and replace it with a high temperature resistant lamp (300 ) with the following characteristics. Replace the glass cover and reconnect the oven to the power source. Voltage: 220-240V Power: 25W Type: E 14 8. PRACTICAL COOKING TIPS The oven offers a wide range of alternatives that allow you to cook any type of food in the best possible way. Over time you will learn how to make the best use of this versatile cooking appliance and the following instructions are only a guide that may vary according to your own personal experience. Preheating: If the oven is to be preheated (this is generally the case when cooking fermented foods), the "multiple-cooking" mode and the "quick cooking" mode can be used to reach the desired temperature as quickly as possible with In order to save on energy. Once the food has been placed in the oven, the most suitable cooking mode can then be selected. Cooking on more than one grill If you have to cook using several racks, use the bake mode or the multiple cooking modes as these are the modes that allow it. When cooking delicate food on more than one grill, use the baking mode, which allows you to cook on 2 grills at the same time (second and third from the bottom). Some examples were included in the table of practical cooking tips. When cooking other foods in several racks, use the multiple cooking modes with the following suggestions in mind: 17

The oven is equipped with 4 grills. During the cooking fan assistance, use the two central grills; the grills at the top and bottom receive the hot air direct so delicate food could burn in these grills. As a general rule, use the second and third grids from below. Food that needs more heat on the second grills from below. For example, when cooking meat for grilling along with other foods, place the meat on the second grill from below and the most delicate food on the third grill from below. When cooking foods that require different times and temperatures, set a temperature that is between the two required temperatures, place the most delicate foods on the fourth bottom rack and remove foods that require less time first. Use the grease fitting on the bottom grille and the grille on the top. Using the "Quick Cooking" mode Functional, fast and convenient for those who use pre-packaged products (such as pre-cooked and frozen foods) along with other foods. You will find useful suggestions in the table "Practical Cooking Tips". Use of the grill This multifunctional oven offers 2 different grilling modes. Use the roasting mode by placing the food in the center on the bottom of the grill (located on the 3 or 4 grill from the bottom) as only the central part of the heat element is turned on. Use the last rack (1 from below) by placing the tray that collects grease and prevents it from entering the bottom of the oven. When using this mode we recommend using the thermostat at the highest setting. However, this does not mean that you cannot use the low temperature, simply adjust the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. Programming assisted ventilation of the grill "is extremely advantageous for roasting meals quickly, since the distribution of heat makes it possible, not only to brown the surface but also to cook the lower part. In addition, it can also be used to brown food at the end of the cooking process. When using this mode, place the grill on the second or third oven rack on the bottom (see cooking chart), then, to prevent grease dripping on the bottom of the oven and thus the formation of smoke, Place a fryer on the first rack below. When using this mode, we recommend that you set the thermostat to 200, as it is the most efficient way to use the grill, which is based on the use of infrared. However, this 18

does not mean that you cannot use lower temperatures. Simply by adjusting the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. Therefore the best results when using the grille modes are obtained by placing the grill in the lower racks (see cooking table), then, to prevent the grease from dripping on the bottom of the oven and the formation Of smoke, place a grease fitting on the 1 bottom grille. Bake cakes When baking cakes, always place them in a preheated oven. Make sure the oven is preheating ("E" light goes out) Do not open the oven door during baking to prevent sweetness from growing. Cake is too dry Increase the temperature to 10 and reduce the cooking time. Cake spilled Use less liquid or lower the temperature to 10. Cake is too dark on top Place it on a lower rack, lower the temperature and increase the cooking time. Cooked on the inside but sticky on the outside. Use less liquid, lower the temperature and increase the cooking time. Cake sticks to tray Grease the tray well and sprinkle with a little flour powder or use baking paper. I have used more than one level (in the "ventilated oven" function) and not all are in the same cooking point. Set the temperature low, it is not necessary to remove the food from the grills at the same time Cooking Pizza For best results when cooking pizza use pizza mode : Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes. Use an aluminum tray, place it on the oven rack, if you place the cookie cutter, this will extend the cooking time and make it difficult for the pizza to become crunchy. Do not open the oven door frequently while the pizza is cooking. If the pizza has a lot of filling (three or four) we recommend adding mozzarella cheese in the middle of the cooking process. 19

When cooking pizza on two grids, use the second and fourth with a temperature of 220 and place the pizza in the oven after it has been preheated for at least 10 minutes. Cooking fish and meat When cooking white meat and fish, set the temperature to 180 to 200. For red meat well cooked on the outside but tender and juicy inside, ideally start with high temperature (200-220 ) briefly and then lower the oven. In general, if roasting is prolonged, set the temperature low. Place the meat in the middle of the grill and place the grease to collect the liquid. Make sure the grill is inserted so that it is in the center of the oven. If you want to increase the amount of heat from below, use the low grills. For salty roasts (especially duck and wild game), put lard or bacon in the oven. Upper part. Please periodically wash to prolong the life of the hood and keep the kitchen clean. Please turn off and unplug before cleaning. Washing Method Use a neutral detergent in a mild cleansing, clean the surface of the hood first and then clean it dry. Do not use chemicals or alkaline detergent as this will damage the surface. * Air will malfunction if the filter is dirty. Put the filter in hot water with a neutral detergent at 30-40. Change the filter every 3 months. 20
