Warranty Information Rainbow outdoor furniture is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects and is covered by an up to 2 years limited warranty from the date of purchase under normal outdoor use and proper care yet simple maintenance. Specific mechanical properties may be required as well as extra care and maintenance should be preserved for geographical area other than inland such as beaches, marine applications, chlorine or saline environment. Colors of products may vary due to unavoidable fiber variation supplied. These variations do not mean non conformity of products being supplied. Color variations, however, may not be found on Textilene. Warranty specification is as follow: Part of Product Scope of Warranty Remarks Aluminium Frame / Constructional 100% - up to 1 year Limited warranty against constructional strength, peeling. Wicker / Textilene 100% - up to 2 years - up to 2 years for Textilene Limited warranty against color fading, peeling and breakings. Limited warranty against any premature deterioration. Accessories and fixtures 100% - up to 1 year Limited warranty against corrosion, breaking, cracking, and peeling. Cushion 100% - up to 1 year Limited warranty against water permeability, resistance against mold and fungus growth. Fabric 100% - up to 2 year Limited warranty against color fading UV protected. Cleaning & Maintenance Manual The right way to freshen up patio tables and chairs, whatever they re made of: Wicker Furniture : Our synthetic rattan would not fade, even if exposed to extreme weather conditions during summer and winter. These synthetic fibers are not toxic and 100% recyclable. Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. Aluminium Furniture : Durability is our main concern, all our aluminum is powder coated to protect them from humidity, heat and rain. Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with a mixture of water and a mild dishwashing detergent. To remove scuff marks, use a soft cloth dampened with water and a small amount of Soft Scrub. (Abrasive cleaners and brushes will scratch.) Rinse by hosing down. Teak Furniture : Use a soft scrub brush dampened with water and a mild oil-based soap. Rinse by hosing down. In clean air untreated teak weathers to an attractive ash gray, but the assault of modern-day air pollutants quickly turns bare teak nearly black. Teak oil intensifies the colors and grain patterns of the wood and gives it a rich, warm appearance. The benefit of oiling exterior teak is transitory and may require yearly waxing. Teak will actually last just as long if you keep it natural. Rainbow is delivered unwaxed. Fabrics : One of the best ways to keep your fabrics looking good and to delay deep or vigorous cleaning is to property maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur.
