What is the fee to include my ceremony at Brookshire? 500 Outdoor Ceremonies: 2 per white folding chair How much time do I have for my Ceremony? 2.5 additional hours for preparation, pictures and ceremony. When would my ceremony rehearsal take place? If you have your ceremony at Brookshire, you are guaranteed one hour the day prior. This time cannot be confirmed until 30 days prior to your wedding due to other events. Brookshire serves as the space, your officiant or pastor must facilitate the rehearsal. Up to 500 guests in both ballrooms. How many ballrooms does Brookshire have? Brookshire has two side by side ballrooms that open up to one large ballroom. If your guest count is under 140 adults, your event can be in one ballroom. If your guest count is over 140 adults, your event can be in both ballrooms. Can I have both Ballrooms if my guest count is under 140? Yes, on Saturdays you may purchase the other ballroom for 1200. On Fridays and Sundays, both ballrooms are automatically included at no additional cost. Does Brookshire offer discounted pricing? Yes.
