Lunken Airplane 13 A Local version of a NY Cocktail, we use OYO s Stone Fruit Vodka and shake this with Italian Amaro, Aperol & Fresh Lemon for a bright, but autumn-themed sipper. Garnished with a Lemon Peel, it ll give you wings! Cran-Apple Sidecar 15 A seasonal twist on a classic drink, we muddle Cranberries and blend Ohio s own Tom s Foolery Applejack with Cidre Liquoreux, Fresh Lemon & a splash of Cranberry Juice. This is shaken vigorously and served up with a Sugared-half rim & a dusting of Cinnamon. Pear Vesper 12 Pear Vodka shaken with Licor 43, Lillet Blanc and our own Brown Sugar-Spice Syrup. This elegant quaff is served up with a slice of Dehydrated Pear to bring the orchard to you. Harvest Cola 13 Brown Rum mixed with Italian Amaro, Fresh Lime, Simple Syrup, a touch of Allspice Liqueur and topped with Cola. Served on ice in a Highball glass, this proves a strong, but quaffable & spicy drink with both bitter and sweet notes. Perfect for a cool evening. Orange-Chili Gimlet 13 A warming Gimlet twist, we shake Boodles Gin with Dry Orange Curacao, Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur for a slight kick, Fresh Lime & Simple Syrup and strain this into a chilled Coupe and serve with a flamed Orange Peel. Buckeye Sazerac 15 New Orleans comes to Cincy with our version using Cleveland Underground Honey Locust Barrel Bourbon mixed with our own Brown Sugar-Spiced Syrup and a few dashes each of Peychaud s & Chocolate Bitters. This concoction is stirred and strained into a chilled Absinthe-Rinsed glass over a perfect cube and garnished with a twist.
