TO MAKE A RESERVATION PLEASE NOTE THAT: (1) For Stables Bar & Grill reservations of bookings less than 15 people we will require credit card details to guarantee the booking, these details are taken through our payment system which is fully PCI compliant. Payment will be taken on the day. Please note if the bookings are not cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking is due, a payment of 10 per person will be taken from card number supplied at the time of booking. (2) For Stables Bar & Grill reservations of 15 or more people we require a 10.00 per person non- refundable deposit at the point of booking. Due to demand for reservations, if deposits are not received within 14 days of the booking we reserve the right to release your reservation without notice. (3) For Alsager Suite, a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required at the point of booking to hold your reservation. (4) Party Nights / Cabaret Bookings are payable in full one calendar month prior to the date of the event with food pre-order. (5) Bookings for New Year s Eve (Alsager Suite and Stables Bar) are all payable in full by no later than 1 st December 2018 this includes any bedrooms booked. (6) Please make cheques payable to the Manor House Hotel. Payment can also be made by cash or credit/debit card. (7) If you wish to cancel, you must notify the hotel in writing and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit. (8) Deposits and full payments cannot be refunded. Cancellation of prepaid dates cannot be credited to your party s account. (9) Should the hotel be closed due to inclement weather, a full refund of the monies paid will be issued in accordance with point 10. (10) The Hotel may cancel the booking at any time and without obligation to you in the event that the deposit payment schedule is not met by you; the hotel or any part of it is closed for reasons beyond the hotel s control or if the hotel is sold or ceases to be operated by Manor House Hotel Ltd. In such events, a full refund of any monies paid by you to us will be refunded. (11) Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties. This only applies to the Alsager Suite on Party Nights, Cabarets and New Year s Eve. (12) Accommodation cancellation policy during the festive period is 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a full cancellation fee, with the exception of New Year s Eve accommodation which is payable in full by 1 st December 2018 and is non-refundable unless re sold. (13) Dress code for all events is smart casual, any guests not adhering to this may be asked to leave the premises. (14) All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
