Ripe yellow apple and pineapple on the palate. Darling Arum Fields 95 Fruity, crisp, wine with pungent guava, passionfruit and lemon zest on the nose. These follow on the palate with a refreshing finish. - SAUVIGNON BLANC - Flagstone Poetry 100 Melon and passion fruit entice the nose with alluring green figs and a zesty citrus twist enlivening the palate. A lovely, lingering aftertaste with a smooth, soft finish. Robertson 30 90 Full-bodied wine with powerful varietal flavours of bell pepper, green apple and freshly cut grass. Good structure with lovely balancing acidity. Neil Ellis 15 Predominant flavours are those of tropical fruit with herbaceous overtones, whilst the overall impression is of elegance and delicacy with a long flavoursome finish.
- CHARDONNAY - Glen Carlou Unwooded 170 Vibrant tropical and citrus notes are highlighted in the flavours and aromas of this wine. It is a wine of purity and elegance. Robertson 30 90 Balanced fresh citrus fruit and rich melon character give the wine a full, rounded palate that combines well with the subtle creaminess and nuttiness of the gentle oak. Fat Bastard 160 Classic ripe peach and tropical fruit on the nose and soft, well-integrated vanilla flavour on the palate. - PINOT GRIGIO - Terra Del Capo 120 Tangy light peach and golden apple aromas with a waft of stone fruit and light floral hints. The palate is equally light with nectarine and peach flavour. A brush of honeysuckle richness vies with the vibrancy of freshly grated lime zest. Lovely balance of acidity and rounded honey richness which lingers long. Robertson 30 90 Pale green hue, wonderfully pleasant and fresh on the palate. Tropical fruit flavours of ripe pineapple and melon ending with an aftertaste that is well-rounded and refreshing. - BLENDED OFF-DRY - De Krans Moscato (Perle) 110 A South African first a slightly sparkling moscato or perle wine that has become the rage in the Western World. Sweetish, grapey with a refreshing fizz is the popular recipe. Robertson Beaukett 30 90 Gentle, Muscat-scented, aromatic semi-sweet white wine with a smooth, subtly spicy palate. Generous and succulent, but nicely freshened by gentle acid with a fresh and clean finish.
- WHITE BLENDS - Krone Chardonnay / Pinot Noir 150 The Chardonnay component contributes elegance, finesse and freshness whilst Pinot Noir adds intensity, structure and delicious red berry flavour. Beyerskloof Chenin Blanc / Pinotage 120 A smooth and exiting entry with a good palate weight and balance. A fresh yet soft acidity ending with a mineral, earthy hint. A lingering strawberry aftertaste that leaves you wanting more. - BLUSH WINE - Pierre Jourdan Tranquille 110 The fragrant bouquet introduces a wine with fine fruit flavours and a dry finish. The Pinot Noir is apparent in the pink hue and rich elegant flavour. Distinguished dry elegance and balance says it all. Boschendal Blanc de Noir 140 The careful handling of the grapes and detailed cellar approach ensures the distinctive salmon, almost copperlike colour of the wine. On the nose the wine displays aromas of fresh strawberries and red fruit. This versatile off-dry wine has delicious, elegant flavours and is ready to drink now. Robertson Light Pinotage Rosé 35 105 Upfront red berry fruit on the nose followed by juicy strawberry flavours.
RED WINE - PINOTAGE - Barista Coffee 130 A bouquet of rich chocolate, freshly brewed coffee, sour cherries and smoky, savoury hints. The tannins are ripe, with plum and mulberry fruit. Flavours of ripe strawberry, banana, juicy plums and ripe, red cherry. Wildekrans 170 Red fruit, like strawberries and raspberries with light spice. Diemersdal 200 This wine shows a complex nose of red fruits, vanilla, exotic spices, and rich dark chocolate aromas. The palate is full flavoured and smoothly textured with oriental spice, chocolate and roasted banana flavours. Kleine Zalze 120 Intense plum, violets, mulberry and black fruit flavours. Subtle and stylish with a hint of spiciness which originated from the cool climate grapes. - MERLOT - Darling Cellars Six Tonner 110 Soft, fruity wine with juicy ripe plum and mulberry on the nose and palate. Subtle use of oak gives the wine appealing balance. Glen Carlou 175 Subtle oak and juicy fruit flavours of berries and plums. The palate is characteristically velvety with fine dry tannins and a long savoury finish. Rich, dark ruby with ripe, punchy plum flavours, sweet black cherry and a velvety finish. Delicate oaking does not mask the ripe fruit. Robertson Light 35 105 Medium-bodied yet full of juicy plum flavor and a rounded finish. Low in alcohol and containing fewer calories.
- SHIRAZ - This full-bodied wine shows freshly crushed black pepper aromas with hints of cinnamon and cloves on the nose with lots of brambly red berry fruit, rich mulberry and well-integrated vanilla tones. Neil Ellis 195 Red purple colour. Pure blackberry fruit with underlying white pepper, liquorice aromas and hints of violets. Elegant but concentrated palate with underlying cedar spice and a finely balanced tannin structure. Boschrivier 355 You won't be able to resist the generous rich violets, iodine and spices (nutmeg, pepper) as well as berry fruits (mulberry, black cherries and currents) with a soft subtle mouth enriching tannins. Wildekrans 170 Good juiciness with cranberry and a touch of mint. Good palate weight but uncomplicated. A quaffer. - CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Darling Cellars Terra Hutton 110 Fruit-driven with dark, intense blackcurrant and cherry, together with tobacco and dark chocolate on the nose. Smooth, full-bodied style with rich mulberry, plum and cassis flavours supported by soft tannins. The wine is deep red in colour, smooth with good weight made in a friendly new Cape style with no hard edges. Warwick First Lady 200 The wine has a deep and intense ruby red colour. The nose reveals lots of red berries and sweet black currents, complemented by sweet vanilla and chocolate oak background and pleasant herbal undertones. The smooth, ripe, round tannins make this wine easy to drink while still retaining a full body. The balanced acid creates a firm finish that is complemented by a lingering sweetness.

Glen Carlou 260 A well-balanced, medium to full bodied wine which is rich and supple with a smooth velvety texture. Fragrant tones of young strawberry and cherries followed by sweet fruit with soft acidity that lingers. Robertson 40 120 A purple tint on the rim with delicious flavours of ripe strawberry and ripe red cherry. Produced in an early-drinking style, unwooded with a soft, smooth finish. - RED BLENDS - The Chocolate Block 350 Fruit blossom, spices and almond flavours abound on a well-textured palate with a rounded finish. This Red Blend has a lingering aftertaste with subtle wood flavours. Meerlust Rubicon 780 On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with intense flavours of crushed black fruit, cassis, vanilla and dark chocolate. Flagstone Longitude 110 The palate is all about silky tannins and length. It finishes with unexpected power and an explosion of chocolate that lingers. Creation Whale Pod Red 180 Flamboyant fleshy cabernet based blend that shows fine middle palate and soft tannins perfect for everyday enjoyment. Edgebaston The Pepper Pot 150 Pot-pourri of 6 varieties lead by the spicy varietals of Shiraz and Mouvedre. Well balanced, juicy, and very drinkable. Wonderful middle palate. Vilafonte Series M Malbec/Merlot 700 Malbec provides its black fruit aromas and fleshy texture, Merlot adds softness and red fruit aromas, and Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure.
