Any questions and immediate concerns can be addressed by calling 202-847-4166, or emailing catering@taylorgourmet.com. ARRIVAL & ORDER SET UP All of our Taylor Gourmet Certified drivers will contact you 5-10 minutes prior to their arrival. We will provide all napkins, plates, utensils, and serving utensils needed for your order. Our delivery minimum is $100, and order must be placed before 5pm the day before your event. However, if you have a last minute request, please contact us at 202-847-4166, and we will do our absolute best to assist you. SWEETS CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION If for any reason, you need to cancel or modify your order, no worries, Taylor Gourmet has your back. For modifications of orders please contact us directly at 202-847-4166 no later than 9am on the day of your event, and we will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours before the event, any cancellation day of is subject to a nominal service fee based off of the original order price.
