FLOOR EVENT VENUE Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Floor 13 rooftop terrace offers an intimate setting for your guests with the Phoenix skyline as your backdrop. Let our experienced & talented event team assist you in creating an unforgettable event!

VENUE INFORMATION SITE-TOURS To schedule a site-tour please contact Event Sales at. CAPACITY Floor 13 rooftop can accommodate 100 guests (standing room only), 80 for a ceremony or 65 for a seated meal. CATERING We are pleased to offer on-site catering & bar services to help streamline the process of your event. Please see included catering options and beverage pricing. Don t see something you like? We are more than happy to create something custom for your special event! BOOKING AN EVENT A credit card authorization form must be submitted & a nonrefundable 50% deposit of either the rental or food & beverage minimum is required at the time of signing the agreement. The remaining agreed balance is due 7 business days prior to your event and will be charged to the card associated with your account if no other arrangements are made. OUTSIDE VENDORS It is required to use our catering and bar services. Outside vendors are limited to photography, floral & décor, linens, cake, & entertainment. If you have any questions about your vendor, please inquire with the Event Sales Manager. RENTAL DELIVERIES All deliveries & pick-up of rentals or supplies must be made on event day unless prior arrangements have been made and the venue has been notified. TIME & NOISE RESTRICTIONS Floor 13 rooftop events end at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday-Saturday. DÉCOR RESTRICTIONS Floor 13 rooftop does not allow décor that may result in damaging the event space. No open flame, confetti, glitter, bird seed, rice or flower petals are allowed. All décor must be removed at the conclusion of the event. We reserve the right to determine what is appropriate in unique circumstances. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, all deposits made by the client will be forfeited as liquidated damages. It is up to the venue to determine if these funds can be applied to a rescheduled event.
