From a small intimate party to the largest of receptions, Bonnie Castle Resort can assist you in planning the wedding of your dreams. Every reception receives constant personal attention throughout planning and execution of the event. Our outdoor gazbo, deck and waterfront grounds are perfect locations for a wedding ceremony, cocktail reception or pictures throughout the day. At Bonnie Castle Resort you have incredible photo opportunities with Boldt Castle & the St. Lawrence River as your backdrop. Overnight accommodations are also available at Bonnie Castle Resort. Room rates fluctuate from season to season and are based on availability. Arrangements may be made through your Wedding Professional to reserve rooms for your guests at discounted rates. Hotel Check-In is permitted anytime after 3pm and Check-Out time is 11am. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs cannot be guaranteed. Group discounted room blocks are held for your group up to 45 days from the arrival date before being released to first come first served basis. Home of the Stars has a large dance floor, panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River & Boldt Castle, a beautiful stage for your entertainment, private bar and restrooms with new specialty lighting over the dance floor. 150 Guest Minimum Required. Holland Room Accommodates up to 100 Guests. The Holland Room is decorated in neutral hues with Crystal Chandeliers, dance floor and stage for your entertainment. Portable Service Bar used in this space. Lower the shades and lose track of the world outside while dancing the night away. Anchorage Room Accommodates up to 50 people (pending menu) The Anchorage Room is a semi-private space with direct views of the St. Lawrence River & Boldt Castle. Entertainment in this space must be approved by BCR and open to the public in the Riverside Sports Bar. Summerland Room Our back up ceremony room, the Summerland Indoor Pool Room is perfect for your rainy day ceremony for up to 200 guests.

Terms of Agreement Bonnie Castle Resort maintains the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to anyone who may jeopardize his/her safety and the safety of others. Payments shall be made in the form of a check, cash or money order. Payments may also be made by credit card however are subject to a 10% service charge per transaction. Bonnie Castle Resort reserves the right to substitute an alternate event space should the projected number of guests attending the event change considerably above or below the original estimation. The following are NOT permitted: Confetti, Rice or Birdseed. Decorations on walls & ceilings are discouraged however may be permitted on a case by case basis and hung with non surface damaging products such as command strips. All pricing is subject to 18% Gratuity, 2% Service Charge, and Applicable Taxes. Event Spaces are not exclusive to one group each day. Bonnie Castle Resort will insure your event space will be ready for your decorator, florist, baker and entertainment at an established time prior to the event date dependent of the event space schedule. Financial Policy Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold the date. Dates are not confirmed or held without receipt of a deposit. Advance Payment: One(1) month prior to the event date, all food & beverage arrangements must be finalized including number of attendees. A pre-bill be forwarded with fifty percent (50%) of the estimate due upon receipt. Attendee variations are accommodated until two (2) weeks from event. Final Payment: Final payment is due two days prior to the event date. Should there be a balance due to event enhancements during the event they must be finalized upon check out. Refund: In the event that a credit occurs on your account, it will be forwarded to the accounting department for review and disbursement. Refunds may take as many as thirty (30) days to process. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, a 12 month (one year) notice is required to avoid penalties. Advanced Deposits are non-refundable. Minimum Number of Attendees: Home of the Stars may accommodate up to 600 guests and has a mandatory 150 person minimum to reserve the space. Should attendance fall below 150 persons, you are still liable for payment based on 150 persons to maintain the event space reservation.
