Once payment is made no refunds or credits will be given and no deposits can be transferred or used for any other product or event. 4) Any alterations in numbers may not be accepted after full payment time. 5) In the event of a date having to be cancelled by the hotel an alternative date or venue will be offered or full refund given. 6) The cost of all additional services and goods must be paid for by the end of the event - no credit facilities will be offered. 7) We regret that we cannot guarantee that parties of 10 or more will be seated at the same table.
