Our Story Zafferano was founded over 20 years ago as a family business and has flourished into one of London s most respected catering companies. With backgrounds in travel, tourism and opera, the founders fused their skills together, marrying a flair for live performance with a love of global cultures and flavours. Zafferano is still true to its origins; using the seasonal harvest to craft beautiful food and create a convivial atmosphere for sharing and celebrating. Two decades on and Zafferano remains in the private ownership of the original founders; the team of planners and brigade of chefs may be bigger, but their outlook to deliver standout events and a passion for making every performance unique are constants.
