Ceremonies taking place at the stadium are available at 1pm to 4pm. Please check for match fixtures and notices which may affect this at certain times of the year. Buses The stadium is served by Lothian Buses no.1 & no.35 operate here regularly. Disabled access There is list access to all floors and disabled access toilets. Smoking Smoking is not permitted on premises. stewards will direct you on the night. There are designated smoking areas outside recetpion and our Deposit The deposit is non-refundable or transferrable after payment. Confirming Your Booking Please contact the events office on 0131 656 7075. A member of our team will arrange for you to visit Easter Road Stadium and view the hospitality suites suited to your event needs. We will take your details, ask you how many guests you expect and what catering you would like to provide. Thereafter we will issue you a contact based on the minimum numbers you are happy to pay for in advance. A signed contract and a deposit of 200 is required at the point of booking. Full pre-payment is required 7 days prior to the event date along with final numbers. You can pay over the telephone by debit or credit card on 0131 656 7075.
