OPEN PREMIUM LIST Any resident of Wagoner County or a member in good standing with Wagoner County OHCE or Wagoner County 4-H is eligible to enter exhibits in the Open Class. Only one exhibit per class per exhibitor is allowed. Exhibits must have been completed within the year and must have been made by the Exhibitor. Since Open Class is placed first through tenth place with ribbon awards, points will be awarded by ribbon placing. Example: 1 st Place = 10 points, 2 nd Place = 9 points, through 10 th Place = 1 point. Booths must be in place by 10:00 a.m. on Friday. A fair official will then award points and tabulate the individual clubs overall points. Group exhibits total points will determine how it places for prize money. Example: High Point Club = 1 st prize, 2 nd High Points = 2 nd Prize.
