Overseas wines & wine freight rates 2014 Summery of General Conditions of Sales: 1. Prices and conditions are on behalf of Delicious Gifts and valid until further notice. 2. Prices and conditions are Ex-Works Roosendaal (the Netherlands) - excluding excise duties and VAT. 3. Prices are quoted in EUR and valid for Export only and for shipments of minimum one mixed pallet. 4. Freight can be arranged by Delicious Gifts upon request and is invoiced at cost. A handling fee of 25 per shipment is invoiced in this case. The handling fee is waived if freight is arranged by buyer. 5. Settlement terms are pre-payment with first order and thereafter invoices are due 30 days after invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. 6. The goods remain in the ownership of Delicious Gifts until their full payment. 7. Due to sheer fact of the expiration of 30 days after the invoice date, non-payment will be stated by right and without any proof of default and an interest on delayed payment of 1.5 percent per started month will be indebted. 8.
