CORPORATE EVENTS The Venue Built in 1882 and originally used as a warehouse to store cotton and cigars, the Old Cigar Warehouse was renovated in 2013 as an event venue. After a careful and detailed restoration, the building is now one of the most iconic and historic landmarks in Greenville, South Carolina. Surrounded by a fresh, new city, The Old Cigar Warehouse has stood the test of time by recalling the vintage and rustic origins of its community. Today, our story is one of over 150 events hosted each year, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties providing a unique atmosphere that guests will remember for decades to come. ROOM RENTAL PRICING We are happy to offer all-inclusive packages for corporate events that include your room rental, parking, tables & chairs, bar & food service. Florals, entertainment, and audio/visual can be added a la carte based on your needs. All the below pricing is valid for weekday events only. EQUIPMENT RENTALS All events need tables & chairs! Customize your lay-out or choose one of our packages. Round Seating $4.50 per guest 60" round tables that seat 8 guests per table. Includes fruitwood garden chairs, a standard tablecloth, and a centerpiece. Banquet Seating $5.00 per guest 8' long rectangle tables that seat 8 guests per table. Includes fruitwood garden chairs, a standard tablecloth, and a centerpiece. Semicircle Seating $7.25 per guest 60" round tables that seat 5 guests per table, all facing the front of the room. Includes fruitwood garden chairs, a standard tablecloth, and a centerpiece. Check-in/Sponsor Table $25 Classroom Seating $7.50 per guest 8' long conference tables that seat 4 guests per table. Includes fruitwood garden chairs and a standard tablecloth. Cocktail Reception $3.50 per guest Three cocktail tables and one 60 round seated table for every 40 guests. BAR SERVICE The Old Cigar Warehouse partners with Liquid Catering to provide all bar and beverage services for each event. The below pricing is for an open bar, with no worries of consumption rates. Each package is priced per guest, starting with a 2-hour party with additional time added as needed. We have an extensive selection of craft beers, select wines, and spirits you can choose from to customize your event. The bartending staff is included complimentary with a 75- guest minimum. Pricing includes set-up and breakdown, full insurance coverage, plastic ware, sodas, mixers, garnishes and the appropriate alcohol. An 18% gratuity and applicable sales taxes are added to all packages. Cash bar packages are available as well.
