Scope This standard specifies the terms and definitions, categories, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, identification, packaging, transportation and storage of fruit & vegetable juices and fruit & vegetable beverage (nectars). This standard is applicable to liquid beverages obtained or fermented from fruits and/or vegetables (including edible root, stem, leaves, flower and fruit), etc. 2.
