2 Thank you for inviting us to help organise your function. Superb views of the lake and beautiful mists burning off with the rising sun reveal abundant wildlife on the lake s edge. There are three rooms to choose from. All are individually climate controlled and if need arises all can be totally blacked out. We pride ourselves on the quality of our breakfasts and, whether the occasion is of a special or business nature, we can assure you of our commitment to excellence. All rooms have inbuilt state of the art AV including high brightness projectors and large drop down screens as well as microphones and ports for computers and sound. Additionally, The Boat House has the most central location in the city with ample free parking. All our conference food is prepared freshly from our award winning restaurant. Our staff are here to serve you and your delegates.

Terms and Conditions 12 Confirmation Of Bookings After a tentative booking has been placed confirmation is required within the time period specified in your booking email. Setup And Pack Down Times Standard bump in and out times are 30 mins prior and post to package commencement and finish. Longer times can be arranged, please contact us for details. Final Numbers Final numbers are due 1 week prior, with small changes acceptable up to two business days prior. Large slippages or increases may incur costs. Invoice charges will reflect the final numbers provided two business days prior, however increases in numbers after this date will be added to the invoice Finalisation Of Details Function details and dietaries must have finalised no later than the Wednesday of the week prior to your reception. Payment Payment terms and conditions are outlined on your booking form. Public Holidays To offset the cost of penalty rates paid to staff, a 15% surcharge on the total bill is applicable for functions held on public holidays. Security And RSA The management reserves the right to exclude or remove any persons from the function or the premises without liability. The Liquor Licensing Act prohibits the licensed person from serving alcohol to persons under 18 years of age, or to persons the staff deem to be intoxicated. We are a licensed premise and adhere to the responsible service of alcohol at all times. Delivery And Collection Of Goods Goods may only be delivered with prior organisation. All goods must be clearly labelled with your reception name. Goods not collected up the next business day are assumed abandoned and will be discarded.
