Tastefully serving well over five million guests since 1965, this three-tiered Waikiki restaurant is a favorite of both tourists and locals alike. Our Special Events Coordinator can take care of all of the details for you and your party. We provide events for parties from 13 to 200 guests. CUISINE Taste our delicious menu, created by Executive Chef Lance Kosaka. Chef Kosaka s spin on Hawaii Regional Steak and Seafood uses wholesome, fresh, and local ingredients that combine timeless dishes with the ethnic flavors found in Hawaii. His talents create a diverse culinary experience that reflects the island s unique culture and lifestyle.
CUSTOM EVENTS RESERVATION TIMES Dinner: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM DETAILS All menu prices are priced per person and do not include tax (4.712%) or a service charge of 18%. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of reservation. Deposit must be made by credit card only. Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days prior to reservation date, if not, customer will forfeit deposit. Customers may bring in up to two (2) bottles of wine, which are not on our current wine list. A corkage fee of $20 per bottle will be charged. Cake cutting fee is $5 per slice.

LANCE KOSAKA, EXECUTIVE CHEF Lance fell in love with food well before he pursued it as a profession. He was attracted to the culinary world while growing up in Honolulu attending social gatherings where food brought his friends and family closer together. For 17 years, Chef Lance steadily worked his way through the culinary ranks, working at one of the most recognizable names in Hawaii Regional Cuisine, Alan Wong s Restaurants, where he served as Executive Chef at the Pineapple Room at Ala Moana Center, as well as Cafe Julia in Downtown Honolulu. These experiences shaped Lance into the Executive Chef he is today; Chef Lance now oversees the culinary team and both SKY Waikiki and Top of Waikiki. He enjoys sharing his award-winning cuisine with the world and is committed to infusing locally grown produce and livestock to create dishes just as memorable as the breathtaking views from Top of Waikiki.
JEN ACKRILL, DIRECTOR OF MIXOLOGY With a career in mixology spanning over 17 years, Jen Ackrill honed her craft with tenures at the helm of some of San Francisco s premier watering holes, including Blowfish Sushi, Fuse, and Rye one of San Francisco s original craft cocktail bars. Fervent about her art, she traveled extensively throughout Europe to further expand her knowledge and skill set, finally relocating to Honolulu in August, 2014. Jen has redefined Honolulu s cocktail culture by creating handcrafted cocktails at SKY Waikiki, Rooftop Restaurant, Lounge, and Nightclub. In addition, she redeveloped the beverage program at Top of Waikiki, creating a signature cocktail experience for this iconic Waikiki restaurant while incorporating the elements that make Waikiki so unique. Shaken and muddled to perfection, her craft cocktails are a reflection of the quality that Top of Waikiki s guests expect and deserve.
