EXCLUSIVE BOOKINGS Thank you for your interest in making an exclusive booking at The Incinerator. We are all about providing a warm and relaxed atmosphere while delivering excellent client service. We pride ourselves on providing quality food which is approachable and delicious. Our shared menus are conducive to the friendly atmosphere of a family celebration, a staff recognition dinner or a unique client experience, promoting informality while not compromising on quality. The location of The Incinerator is easily accessible from the city, upper and lower North Shore with ample free parking. THE SPACE The Incinerator can accommodate up to 50 guests for a sit down dinner with the use of the open space at either end to welcome your guests and savour alfresco cocktails and canapés while appreciating the stunning natural outlook and the impressive Art Deco form of Walter Burley Griffin s architecture. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for a stand up cocktail event. MENUS The Incinerator embraces the Sharing Table concept. As the host, you will select in advance up to three entrees, three main courses and three desserts from the menu. These selected dishes will be served to the table for your guests to share and may include side dishes such as seasonal salads or vegetables, Incinerator hand-cut chips and bread. This creates an atmosphere which is social and relaxed. If you are hosting a cocktail party, select from our beautiful range of canapés and optional stations to ensure ample food for your guests. BEVERAGES Select from our wine and cocktail menus or speak to us about your preferences and we will customise a selection to suit your event. COST The room hire per event is $500.00 which includes all staffing costs. There is a minimum food and beverage spend of $4000.00 on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening and $3000.00 for Monday to Thursday evenings (excluding public holidays). Bookings are available between 6.00pm and midnight. CONFIRMATION Confirmation of guest numbers for catering is required 5 days prior to your event. This will be the minimum number on which the selected menu for your event will be charged. PAYMENT Please contact us to enquire about the availability of your preferred date. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Half of your budgeted event cost is due 7 days prior to the event. Payment of your menu selection and any fixed charges or 50% of the minimum spend, whichever is greater, is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. The beverage tab and any additional charges are to be settled at the conclusion of the event. Should the minimum spend not be met, the balance must be paid on the evening of the event as room hire. Any special orders must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
