Let us take the strain, giving you lots of free time to unwind and enjoy a fun-filled Christmas and New Year. Our entertainment plans are carefully thought out to ensure that they appeal to our discerning guests. From carol singing to dinner and discos, there is bound to be something to suit you. Christmas and New Year wouldn t be the same without delicious food to tempt your taste buds! Our experienced chefs will treat you to a range of sumptuous feasts during your stay, not to mention the all important traditional lunch on Christmas Day itself. Terms and Conditions 1. The non-refundable deposit is payable 14 days after a booking is made, a definite booking now exists between the two parties. If a deposit is not received within the 14 days, your booking will automatically be released. Whilst a booking is being held provisionally we reserve the right to contact you for confirmation should we receive another enquiry for the same date. Please submit cheque payments on ONE cheque only. 2. All balances must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the event full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. (Cheque payments cannot be accepted less than 4 weeks prior to the event). This payment is non-refundable. Please bring the deposit conditions to the notice of all persons in your party. 3. It is regretted that definite table arrangements or any increase to numbers cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to comply with your wishes. If our minimum number requirements are not met we reserve the right to move a party or if necessary amalgamate with another party or cancel. 4. The hotel reserves the right to change the entertainment on any particular date. 5. All menu choices should be returned to the hotel 4 weeks prior to the event. Vegetarians and any other special dietary needs will be catered for separately. 6. Account bars can be arranged with prior notice but pre-payment of this amount must be received by the hotel prior to the date. 7. It is not allowed for any of your guests to bring in any of their own drink, or for any extra guests to join the party after the meal. 8. Speeches or raffles are not allowed as they interfere with the enjoyment of other parties. 9.
