PICNIC WITH THE POPS 2014 CATERING MENU PLACING AN ORDER To place your order either: Call (614) 471-2260 Or Fax your order form to (614) 471-2776 Please place your order as soon as possible but no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the event. You may order for the entire season or each week. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the concert will be subject to a late fee of $25.00. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders cancelled 72 hours prior to the concert will not be subject to charges or fees. In the event that the CSO cancels a concert for any reason (i.e. inclement weather) or if you choose on the day of the event not to attend, original charges will apply. If the food has been cooked the night of the concert, it is available for carryout at that time. Or please contact Catering by Design by noon on the Monday following the concert.
