CANCELLATION POLICY Orders cancelled 72 hours prior to the concert will not be subject to charges or fees. In the event that the CSO cancels a concert for any reason (i.e. inclement weather) or if you choose on the day of the event not to attend, original charges will apply. If the food has been cooked the night of the concert, it is available for carryout at that time. Or please contact Catering by Design by noon on the Monday following the concert.
